We had a wonderful stay here! The property is in a lovely, quiet residential area, just a short 10-minute walk to the heart of Salzburg. The room was a perfect size for two adults, and both the main bed and the sofa sleeper were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio sitting area next to the creek, it was such a peaceful spot to relax. The pool looked fabulous, though we didn’t have the chance to use it. We also really appreciated having access to a washer, which made traveling so much easier.

A couple of minor things to note: the key is quite large to carry around, and with no AC, we made the mistake of leaving the door open one evening, which let in some bugs. That said, the windows and doors all have a convenient tilt feature, which is great for airflow while keeping bugs out. Neither of the minor issues took away from our stay, though.

Decent location. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. They seem interested in feedback and making it better.

Parking situation is odd and really no reason they should be charging for driveway parking. Rented an apartment with two rooms, but turned out they didn’t have a key for the common area door so it’s really just two separate rooms so we had to split up our family. At first they seemed empathetic to the problem, but quickly blamed it on booking.com. They entered our rooms twice without permission or so much as knocking. Cleaner was anxious for us to leave over an hour before checkout time. Pool was freezing.

Loved the little efficiency. We were three people and had enough room. Bed and pillows were comfortable and within walking distance to pedestrian part of city plus Hohensalzburg and other attractions. The efficiency had enough amenities that one could easily stay a week or so. Included small fridge, stovetop surface, microwave and plenty of basic kitchen amenities. Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and quickly responded to our inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking should be included since it is part of the building property.

Location, excellent communication and prompt response from the "host," spotless room, and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the room was bright with plenty of light. This gem truly allowed us to live in Salzburg like a local. Wonderful experience to say the least. Thank you very much!

Table and chairs are too high for the short people like us (i.e. almost dangerous to sit). Plus, some dishes and utensils were too high to reach -- and we cannot use the unstable chair to retrieve them. For this, step stool would be nice. We did not notify (or clarify) how the local tax would have been collected. That should have been mentioned in the first opportunity and not the night before check out. Of course, in case there was no cash to take care of, we can provide the credit card number. However, we just do not want to write that down onto a piece of paper.

Our stay in the apartment Little Piece of Heaven in Room 4 Apartments was a truly memorable and comfortable one. Firstly, it allows for self-check-in, so having arrived in Salzburg at around 8p.m. this was a big plus. Additionally, it is situated just a couple of minutes walk from the old town and city centre, however it is also very accessible by public transport. We used the buses to and from the property quite frequently and we recommend this lodging for its prime and convenient location. We were also offered parking at a cost, however we did not make use of this facility. The property has central heating, a functioning kitchen and even the possibility to make use of a communal washing machine and tumble dryer. In the apartments there are also cups, plates, mugs, cutlery, pots and pans that we made good use of, especially to make breakfast. Supermarkets can be found quite close by as well. Nonetheless, the area is quiet and safe. The bathrooms were nicely finished, albeit very minimalistic. We appreciated the fact that half-way through our stay, we were provide with a change of towels. On our last day we decided to roam around the beautiful city of Salzburg and the information booklet provided in the apartment indicated that we could make use of the bikes at the property on a first-come first-serve basis and free of charge. There were three bikes available and we got to enjoy our last day roaming around Salzburg by bike, sightseeing, visiting museums and even geocache hunting. Overall, the apartment was a good value for money and since the city of Salzburg will definitely call us back for more exploring in the future, we will definitely try to book this lodging again.

The room itself is quite small, however it is very well-equipped and it suited our needs very nicely. We were only staying for four nights and spent most of our days out and about. In the bathrooms, there were only two very small containers with shower gel, so I was glad I brough shower gel from home. I feel that the apartment could also have been a bit cleaner and more pillows could have been provided. We made do with the additional blankets found in one of the drawers.

After the door code to enter the building, there is a screen indicating the surname/name left for the booking which was indicating where your room was located in the building (1° floor, 2° floor and so on). Therefore, very easy accessibility. Moreover, the room was cleaned, big, with chairs and a table, the bathroom was also quite big and very nice. The balcony was the cherry on the top of the cake.

The water of the pool was too too cold therefore we could not use it

- the room was clean. - the bed was overall good and comfortable. - the location was good and not too far from the old town. - the bathroom was nice and spacious.

- although the total area was not small, the design of the room made the bed placed in a quite narrow corner with a long narrow corridor connecting the bathroom with the bedroom but not a big deal though. - the allocated parking was behind our neighbor parking who was stuck in the front, I think this arrangement should be solved in the future. - the price was too high for what was offered, not to mention the chargeable on site parking. - the shower was right in the bathtub and not a separate standing one, which may cause some water spelling all around the area.

Good private location walking distance to sights. Modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment close to Spar supermarket and transport links. Great shower, dishwasher a bonus and pool looked lovely (wintery weather so didn't venture in).

A heads up about the painters coming early one morning would have been great. Bit of a surprise to see one on a ladder outside our second story window at 8am as I got out of the shower!

I loved the space we could keep our bikes securely, I enjoyed the room and the shower. The area is quiet around but close enough to walk down to the main area. Approx 8min walk for a nice coffee. The washing machine/dryer was a great bonus. The hosts were responsive to any messages I had

Not really the property’s fault but I do think there needs to be an improvement for clean air for all. People smoking on below balconies meant it wafted into our room above with the window open. The only option was to close the window but with no aircon it soon became stuffy.

Very nice studio exellent for a couple. large bathroom with bathtub, comfortable bed and sofa. well-equipped kitchen. washing machine outside, extra charge. You can also use bicycles free of charge when available. right around the corner, a 3-minute bus stop, you can easily get to the airport in about 20 minutes / €2.40, a short walk to the center. shop nearby. The host was very helpful and nice. very good contact. I heartily recommend it!
