The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was a feast. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The lady at the reception was lovely.

The walls are not soundproof. So you can hear other clients or their TV at times.

I had a very nice room, and this place was conveniently located to visit the Schloss Leopoldskrun where my friends were staying. It was also a nice bike ride away from the Hellbrunn Palace and their famous trick water fountains.

Staff in the evening. They served both reception and bar/restaurant. On arrival at 6pm on first night, having to check us in seemed to be an ordeal. Took till 3rd day to get 2nd key as requested on arrival. On 2nd night asked again, and was told "tomorrow " when I said you told me that yesterday the answer was a shrug and a little chuckle. To be fair, the hotel is excellent, but is let down by evening staff. Surly, unwelcoming, and not in keeping with rest of our experience in this hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel before and were very happy with the hotel, location, staff etc. so we were very pleased to stay again and it did not disappoint. Bus stop right outside with access to the city, comfortable bed, and good facilities.

There was no kettle available to make a cup of tea. I do not drink coffee and the only option for hot water would have been to use the coffee machine which would make the water taste of coffee. Fortunately, I travel with a hot water element and our own travel cups, otherwise I would have been very disappointed to not be able to make a cup of tea. Also, it would be good to have an English menu available in the restaurant. We had to find someone who spoke English to help describe the menu - it would have been better to have a menu in English available.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms have a nice decor and it has very good cuisine. It is very well located since you can easily park your car as well as take the bus to go to the city centre.

Service at the restaurant is very people dependent, there are some waitresses who are very friendly but others are quite rude. Breakfast is expensive but not always adequately cared about. The rooms and bath need some deeper cleaning. The bath should have at least some fixtures to hang some clothes.

The hotel was in a lovely location with easy access from the motorway and also by bus to the city centre. It was close to the Almkanal and Leopoldskroner Weiher for a lovely evening walk. There was ample free parking at the hotel. The room was large, spacious, comfortable and very clean with air conditioning - there was no noise from the nearby road.

There were no free refreshments in the room you would expect to pay for the mini bar, however even the water and coffee in the room was chargeable too which was surprising given the room rate - all the other hotels we stayed in on our European trip offered free water at the very least if not tea and coffee too in some of them and the room rate at some of these hotels was cheaper!

Very big, spacious room with lovely view of the mountains. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good having a buffet breakfast. Very close to two bus stops to get you into the old town in about 20 mins. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Not a huge negative but it would have been nice if it was just a little closer to the main city centre, but everything else was great so I would stay there again.

The place was so quiet and peaceful during the evenings that we always slept through the night. Airconditioning truly helped as it was getting a bit warmer when we stayed. Comfy beds. Staff was always so accommodating.

The tradeoff for the peace and quiet is its quite far from town, but not an issue as very accessible by bus even during late evenings. Water from the shower would mysteriously trickle to the main bathroom area, but they cleaned the bathroom everyday so it was not really a problem.

Lovely air-conditioned room with armchairs and even a sofa. Splendid breakfast. The facility to hire a bike at just 5 euros a day was great. I took one for two days. I enjoyed the excellent number five bus from 200 yards away into the old town along delightfully traffic free roads, taking twenty minutes every quarter of an hour. I have happy memories.

Reception was seldom manned in my experience - I was there from Saturday to Wednesday first thing. The bar staff / waiters had no English at all and the menu was all in German; an English translation would have helped. The welcome pack was a digital one which I failed to engage with. I would have preferred a printed brochure in my room as well. There was no lock for the bike I hired and there seemed no way of getting that sorted. I hid it under a bush in the Catacombs in the old town while sight-seeing, but I felt uncomfortable that it might get stolen. If I go again, I will take a bike lock with me.

Overall the staff is okey with speaking English and willing to help. The house keeper's service was not the best but her attitude is really nice.

1. Room is not fully clean. Dust on the platform. 2. We had the room in the corner at the end of the hallway and it's quit small 3. During check in, the front desk could't find our reservation and kinda lost patient on us. But... this wasn't our fault as I understand because we had the confirmation from booking.com. 4. You have to rent a car or call taxi if you stay here cause it's a little bit far from the town
