A fantastically located hotel in Salzburg. One of the main reasons we chose this location was the free parking since we were driving. The city center can be reached in roughly ten minutes via the bus stop that is directly outside. The room exceeded what was shown in the pictures. We had a separate bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. It also included a balcony overlooking the mountains. Given that we had to depart early in the morning, the 24-hour reception was excellent. By informing the staff a few days in advance, we even managed to get an earlier check-in. Comfortable stay; I would definitely stay here again if I returned to this city.

The staffs are very nice and are very willing to answer questions regarding travelling in Salzburg. We were travelling in a group of 4, and booked two rooms. We were arranged one duplex room and one penhouse-like appartment which is super spacious. The hotel is located in an area with high accessibility, and is exceptional convenient for travellers like me who would have to take Flixbus to other cities, because the Flixbus station is just a 5-mins walk from the hotel.

The A/C of the penhouse apartment is not working very properly.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating and even found us a kettle for a cuppa too, so nice. Car park was excellent and free and secure. Bus was so easy to catch every 10mins into the centre and almost outside of the hotel. 4.75euros for an unlimited 24hr trip in and out of Salzburg for the Christmas markets

Booked a twin room and got a duplex apartment with balcony 😀 Near Glinkyplatz bus stop, convenient for the city centre, and walking distance to the Hellbrunn parkrun and Hellbrunn Palace and Trick Fountains

Road (main) a bit noisy

The size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel. The free car parking under hotel was great.

Was a hot night and there was no air conditioning or fans. There was no eggs or bacon, or any hot food for breakfast.

they gave us a very large upstairs room with two balconies, a lot of space, excellent mammoth breakfast, helpful staff, we could store our luggage on the last day until evening. I would recommend this hotel

the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, especially the shower corner. everything was great except for this, I'm surprised that they didn't clean it properly

Common areas had a bad smell. Did seem to be a frequently stayed at hotel. There was nearly no other travelers around, or so it seemed.

The room was really nice and spacious. The location is also good. You have a grocery store within walking distance. Staff is also friendly

They dont help you with luggages even when you have lots of them and even if you are with a baby.
