The newly renovated boutique hotel is a family run business in a quiet residential area. It is conveniently located near the Bad Reichenhall train station. My room was on the 1st floor. The room and the bathroom were very clean upon check in. The bed is very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Sebastian creatively designs the breakfast. The buffet breakfast has a variety of delicious foods. Overall, I had a very good experience.

The rooms were spotless, the washroom fittings and design top notch, and the beds + linens very comfortable. The attention to detail shones through. Breakfast was splendid, the selection of local delicacies and produce were a very nice touch. The hotel is situated between the town centre and the therme baths, which is super convenient.

Everything worked out just fine. Our room was spotless. The linens and towels were all top-notch. The room carpet was vacuumed daily. The breakfast was filling. Most importantly, the owners, provided personalized service, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. My wife and I, we felt very much at home.

It's a minor issue about the pillows being too soft for our test. I mentioned this to the owner during breakfast, and by dinner, the pillows have been replaced. Happy for this quick resolution of our concern.

The whole experience at Villa Rein was fantastic. Real attention to detail has been made to make everything that little bit special. Sebastian and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room felt luxurious, the décor was original Art Nouveau, yet everything felt so modern. The breakfast was also excellent with fresh ingredients. The location is perfect for visiting Berchtesgaden, Salzburg & Chiemsee.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff was wonderful, the house and facilities were all very comfortable and stylish. The town is quaint and peaceful, and the hotel is very close to the train station, bus stops, and the community therme/pool/spa. The staff happily provided recommendations and assistance for sights to see and things to do and provided helpful guide books/maps.

There was one morning where I was pretty tired and wanted to sleep in a little longer, but the house-keeping team was already turning down a room in the hall and was vacuuming a little too early in the morning, in my opinion. I have found that many European hotels don't offer conditioner in the bathrooms... just shampoo and body gel. I think especially for women, hair conditioner is expected in a nice hotel.

Modern, sophisticated accommodation designed with attention to every detail. The owner and staff were very kind and attentive. It was a pleasure to spend some days at the hotel.

Beautiful views, convenient location only 5 mins away from the Thermas. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and the best help from the staff in a long time. Hope to be back!

Brand new and Exceptionally clean hotel with super friendly staff. Late arrival was perfectlt accomodated with detailed instructions. Bed is very comfortable and hotel provided with coupons for free bus and train rides to Salsburg. Walking distance to the City center and Therme Would highly recommend.
