The staff is exceptionally friendly and ready recommend places and things to see. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood close to some parks and tennis courts. The room is very clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable and warm. The breakfast is AMAZING. The selection of local delicatessen is wide and the coffee is great also. They also offer to make your fresh scrambled or fried eggs and a coffee to your liking. The marmelade and honey selection is great and very delicious.

Just the tiniest of issues that the towels didn’t really have any hangers to hold them after use. You are going to have to improvise a bit.

A cozy small hotel in a quiet environment within walking distance of the center. Very friendly staff. Our reservation was also upgraded to a better available room by default. Good breakfast with local options. In summer comfortable terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. There are eating places nearby and a small grocery store next to the gas station. Excellent public transportation - bus stop around the corner (direct connection to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof) and tram stop within 400 meters.

It would be nice if the rooms had own small fridge.

Everything was great - clean room, soft and clean bed. Hotel is only 15 minutes from center in a quite place. Despite there were another guests we did not hear them at all. Very nice breakfast for 16 euro for person. And very nice and polite team - ready to help and advise best places.

1. If you have big luggage be ready that there is no elevator for 2-3 floors. Take a backpack with all you need or book a room on the first floor. 2. Parking place near the hotel is 5 euro per day. 3. TV does not allow you to connect with your apps - YouTube or Netflix:( (despite it was a Smart TV)

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious modern and comfortable. Lovely soft towels and dressing gowns provided along with the toiletries you need. The breakfast was amazing in both range and quality of what was offered. Whilst the hotel is a bit out from the centre it is very easy to reach by a short bus trip and the buses are frequent and there is a choice of buses to use and they aren’t expensive, so it was no problem and quite nice in fact to escape from the very touristy centre.

It’s very minor but the hairdryer in our room could have been better.

A great hotel - clean, spacious, super friendly staff, and a breakfast that is legendary! After 10:30, it opens for breakfast for non-guests and the waiting list is 2 weeks long!

A minor point is that it is about 1.5 km walk to the centre of town; mind you, you can take the bus if you want.

The staff was beyond nice. They informed us about all the main attractions in Salzburg and explained everything on a map. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel environment was very cozy and relaxing, and within a 15 minute walk we were at the old part of town. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is really lovely and a short walk from town. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and thoughtful.

I was traveling during a heat wave in the summer, so the lack of AC was a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff tried to proactively accommodate by installing a large room fan.

Great quiet place, fantastic staff - friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Clean room that is equipped with everything you’d need, even wireless charging stations on each side of the bed. Highly recommended.

Neat and clean room. Bus stop in 70m, bus 7 takes you to old town, wher you can cover most of the salzburg's main attractions by walking. Tasty breakfast. Excellent service from Christopher, Anya,Junior and all other staff.

Nothing i can say

The staff is amazing, always looking to help in anyway they can. The hotel is spectacular, the room is big enough to sleep, shower and change clothes. Loved every minute of it. The breakfast is spread for kings. So many different options to eat. At night it so quiet we slept with the window open. No bugs or gnats to bother us. Strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg

I liked everything and don’t have one complaint, but if I had to choose something, the room could have been bigger. But I didn’t spend to much time in room, so it wasn’t an issue
