High quality of furniture and equipment. Excellent heating (we stayed in February). Sound and temperature isolation are first class. Very comfortable bed linen and mattresses. Bathroom well equipped.

Digital key pads are with very small buttons - this is very uncomfortable at night because apart from being small and difficult to punch they are not lighted at all. Back door which allows the access from parking lot is lacking any lighting. Also, mornings in the building's stair case is always felt the odor of cigarettes' smoke - probably because first two floors of the structure accomodate various business offices and employees are sneaking for a cigarette in the corridors. May be the owner should add 2 plates to the 2 cups and glasses in the kitchen corner?

The washroom and living space were spacious, modern, and well-designed, with a fantastic shower and a handy hairdryer. There was plenty of storage space, which made the room feel more comfortable. As a coffee lover, the espresso machine was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy fresh coffee without having to leave the room.

Parking was only available as a paid option, which was inconvenient since we were using a car. When I messaged the host to check for alternative parking nearby, I initially received an automated response offering only the hotel's paid option. By the time the host replied with more information the next day, we no longer needed the parking assistance. PS we parked across the bridge with 10 mins walk - Weiher-Wiesbach-Straße 6 (If it will help anyome).

very large rooms, everything looks brand new, self check-in takes a little while but is quite straight forward. all in all very good value for money

Room is spacious, bathroom as well. Easy system access & good location. The view from the room was perfect. There is no AC but I already knew this before I booked but it was ok because the weather was good & there was a really decent fan.

The bed sheet matetial to be different as I found 1 or 2 hair strands & the material really catches this. The room doesn't have a Safe & this is really imprtant.

The property offers online check in and no reception one way it's an advantage and other way a human interface is required to address a few issues as and when they arise, but otherwise we had a complete backup on WhatsApp so it was manageable. The room was specious enough and had a mini kitchen with facilities to make some tea and enough storage spaces. Public transport is available just in 5 minutes walk if you are heading to Hallstatt or St.Gilgen then the bus number 150 stops next to the train station behind the apartment where as bus number 2 is available to go down to salzburg station and main bus stop just 5 minutes away close to the macdonald's. One can pick up a whole day bus pass for 4.7 and utilise it completely trips that you want to make there are few Indian restaurants available in less than a kilometre as well as other restaurants available

Easy check-in process and fast response from the staff when needed. Although the location in not really in the city center, one can easily walk around the city. There are also supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel.

The location was conveniently close to the main train station and bus stops. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The interior was clean and ready for our arrival. I appreciated having a fan since it was quite hot during our stay.

There was limited time available in the community area. Although the elevator was out of order for a few hours, the issue was resolved quickly. The TV was connected to the internet but only worked with regular channels; it did not support Netflix or YouTube. Additionally, someone turned on the TV and was attempting to connect via AirPlay, which was unusual.

The room is clean and comfortable, well interiored. There is pay-laundry on the 4th floor operated through an app which is cool. You need not go far to do your laundry. Urbankeller restaurant which is greattt food is near....I like that things are done online like check-in

Price is on the high side considering its not really in the city center and price is higher on weekends like Friday to Sunday but on these days, shops are closed. We could hear people talking downstairs on our side of the window. Its 25 minute walk from Salburg Hbf but close to Salzburg Gingl Train station (another station away from Salzburg Hbf). I still prefer physical presence of a staff at the property especially if guests have needs or emergencies

The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The customer service was courteous and willing to help with any problem.

The re-registration procedure for each room was cumbersome, lots of codes (for parking, for the complex, for the room). Furthermore, there was a change in the initial reservation we made due to space limitations. The staff did make a change in the rooms without charging us for a change and was efficient and courteous, but the entire change procedure required talking to customer service several times and disrupted the course of the trip.
