I had a wonderful stay at numa Hotel in Salzburg. It was the perfect place to relax and clear my mind. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the natural surroundings added to the calm experience. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the mountains and nature — absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Another great advantage was the free parking, which made everything more convenient and stress-free. Overall, numa was the ideal place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Salzburg. I would definitely stay there again!

The view from our little balcony was astonishing! It was easy to get into Salzburg City Center by public bus (#25) and the Zoo and Hellbrunn Palace are within walking distance. The rooms are above a restaurant and we enjoyed having dinner there. There are no staff onsite but text requests or questions were always answered quickly.

The room was a little small and all rooms were on the second floor with no lift. Also, music from the restaurant could be a bit disturbing. Check in required putting passport info online. This was very anxiety producing for me.

Great location - We had our own car so didn’t need to be central. There is plenty of parking which was great for us. But if you dont have a car, there are good public transport links into inner Salzburg available. The view from the balcony rooms was just incredible. Well worth it. Of course everything was DIY without hosts to welcome you, but all instructions were clear and everything felt very secure. I didn’t feel like we ever needed to ask anyone about anything, but did feel like if I needed to I would be able to get help. Breakfast being magically delivered was a treat. A nice tea selection as well as a coffee machine is available in the rooms. Comfortable and clean.Would stay again!

The breakfast surprised us - I didn't have high expectations for a breakfast box , but it was worth it . Beautiful room with a view and bathroom. Only 10 minutes by car to Salzburg center, but we also enjoyed eating out in nearby Anif. Only a couple of rooms so very quiet

It was quite hot inside the room ,though there was a fan that we could use . Also, we had to eat breakfast in bed (from one hand fun if youre on vacation ) since there was no common space for it, and it was raining, so the balcony wasn't an option to sit in

The hotel offered a great landscape view, we enjoyed the balcony seating. The room was comfortable and spacy, with nice interior design. There is also a busy sushi restaurant downstairs but we did not have time to try it.

It was very difficult to contact room service, since there is no formal reception. Wifi was bad in our room, we spent ages chatting with AI whatsup that repeated the same questions without offering solutions. Also, cleaning is done once per week under "sustainability" excuse, well you could still be sustainable and offer some minimum cleaning services.

We recently stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, ideally positioned to enjoy the nature and be close to Salzburg. Our room was stylish and well equipped, and spotlessly clean, the view from the room was just amazing. The staff were exceptionally helpful in online communication. Online check-in was very easy, and it was the sort of hotel where you knew that things would work well, and that if there was a problem, it would be sorted straight away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Salzburg, would not think of staying anywhere else.

No table or chars in the room. Internet was sometimes slow.

But I didn’t like that there was no elevator in the hotel, we had to carry our luggage by our self to the second floor This one thing will let me not to book this property again There is extra charge for cleaning There is no AC only fan

Room is very comfortable. A big bed. A big shower. Amazing front view to the mountain. Breakfast at the room door. Very close to the Hellbrun palace that's very nice to visit.

Just a hint for those who won't come by car. Beware it's a rural area and if you arrive late your transport options may be very limited. If you manage to go around during working hours you should not have any issue with the bus that links the property to the central train station.

Location: you might not be directly in the city, but there is a bus station and the view to the Untersberg and Zoo is incredible. The room was absolutely great and comfortable.

If there would have been a minifridge, the room would have been perfect. Just a recommendation: please install an additional lock from the inside to allow guests to properly secure their room. You can easily get into the room just with the code from outside and that would have made me very uncomfortable if I was alone. Otherwise a great hotel.

Good place with a lovely back garden, nice mountain view in a far distance, has a separate restaurant for dinner or lunch. Room nicely decorated. Although it is remotely operated instructions received were clear

There is no usual morning breakfast place, you get your breakfast in a box, but it was a good breakfast, and we enjoyed having it in a balcony,
