The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway. Great for a overnight stay after a long drive. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist, the room was clean, reasonable quiet (given the nearby traffic), there is ample parking space both infront of the hotel and in the covered parking lot. Next to the hotel there is a gas station, and a self-service car wash. Did not have much time to explore the location, but the next time I am around I will use the opportunity to hop on the bus and go to Salzburg. This is a great value for money hotel and I am sure I will be staying there again.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed, clean area, free car parking. Friendly staff and very helpful. Giveaway fruits at reception from Hotel. Good customer service. You should have your own car if you prefer this hotel.

Location was very far outside the city, no nearby restaurants, 15 minutes walk you will get to supermarket 15+ minutes walk to get to near train station. If you do not have your car it is very problem. Very poor internet services specially at night. We had to pay high amount extra for 2hrs early check-in

Convenient stop on the way to Croatia, right at the highway entrance. Hotel is as you might expect from such a chain hotel, all in good state and efficient. Personnel was very friendly, we could store our coolbox cooling elements in the kitchen freezer overnight, and we got good tips for restaurants in Salzburg for dinner. We could park our car in the basement of the hotel.

It is a little further from the center of town, and the bathroom was quite small. It is right next to the railway tracks (but there are not that many trains at night)

Value fot money, as prices for hotel in Salzburgfor the same period was x2 or even x3 times higher. Clean room. Nice staff. Location near the bus stop. Good breakfast for 12.90 (June 2024). Has car parking.

The location is not in Salzburg. It is Puch municipality. So, you could use Salzburg card to travel there, but it wasn't accepted by bus drive when driving from there. The normal single bus ticket is 4.40 EUR (June 2024). The hotel location was not convenient for pedestrians as I couldn't find the road cross stripe.

The hotel is well located within the mountains which gives very nice view in the morning. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel has free parking underground. The breakfast is good compared to the price we have paid. The room has all necessities such as towels and a hair dryer.

It is only my opinion but the pillows are very soft and I believe better pillows to be provided. The mattresses are okay. I also suggest by double bed to have a big individual cover instead of two.

Booked rooms with breakfast 2 adults and 2 kids... but for the kids I had to pay extra at the location. Maybe booking.com issue? It was not clearly described that if I buy for adults kids are not actually included. BUT breakfast was good and NOT that expensive.

Check-in and room access was average and on par with any other major hotel chain. Friendliness and understanding of staff was really appreciated.

The carpet is a weird texture but that's a me issue. It's understandable as a budget hotel to have installed this type of carpet just not something I would recommend walking on barefooted or even in socks.

Very clean, they pay attention to the details. Even the tap is polished to shine.

The room is very small. But still good for a few nights. I don’t expect a mini bar in this kind of hotel, but at least a small and cheap empty fridge would be nice.

We require wheelchair accessibility and the room they had was the best layout I have seen. There was enough space to not struggle around the bed or bathroom especially when providing aid to the someone in a wheelchair. Easy to locate hotel, lots of parking, friendly staff and a quick drive to Salzburg

It's on the turn of the highway, great for transit travel. Efficient, down to earth place where all works. Checkout at 12.00! Relaxed.

The parking is full and a bit dodgy in the evening with people of all kinds hanging around cars. Underground parking not clear indicated.
