This was a great place to stay when on a road trip. Staff were friendly and helpful and check in easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a surprise. The cuisine was outstanding. Compliments to the Chef. I would visit again just to eat in the restaurant! There was plenty of parking. We enjoyed our short stay here and would stay again.

Shower drains backing up a bit and need to be checked.

WiFi signal was poor, not very well English speaking staff and the "mountain view" was nothing extra - but at least we got big balcony

Great breakfast. Particularly, we love that we cut/ slice the fresh vegetables ourselves. Bread is great. Eggs are cooked with heated salt…..fantastic. Location is great for our planned trip to St. Wolfgang and Hallstatt. Will recommend this place to friends.

The atmosphere was very magical, there was only nature and fresh air around, I completely relaxed. I recommend the restaurant in the hotel, very tasty!

In the room itself, the bathroom had a problem with a bad smell from the sewer pipe, it stank all the time.

We've arrived on a Sunday. The restaurant was closed, and we've not have access to the pool.

The room number 6 there is not wireless internet.the signal is only strong in front of the door, everywhere in the room is not ok.

Location was along an outside of town. Not too much traffic at night. Nice fresh air and some meadows, and typical Austrian style houses.

WIFI was not great. On the balcony there was none. In the room, not very strong. There wasn't a lot of choice in either bread, or toppings. One day there wasn't even yoghurt nor eggs. For the price, you would expect a top breakfast. It seemed to be a bit like if you are not there early, you won't get anything good. There was no one attending outside of hours (supposedly due to lack of employees). As a hotel owner, then you have the responsibility to be there, if you cannot find staff. You are in a hospitality profession. Our shower head did not stay up and was leaking, making taking a shower in an already cramped space not comfortable. Overall, small bathroom, and relatively small room for the price (and the time of the season). There was no reception to let anyone know the shower head was not working properly in the evening. In the morning we indicated, someone came by and took the shower head. When we came back in the evening it was not fixed.
