Excellent little hotel, great dinner and okay breakfast with lovely and very helpful staff / owners. The hotel is fairly new, the room is comfortable and clean with great view to the mountains. Type2 vehicle charger is 2 meters away from the entrace, it was very comfortable throughout our stay.

The only thing was that we arrived very late (around 10pm) due to extreme traffic jams. We asked in advance if we could have any solution for a dinner as we would arrive late and miss the dinner time, but the hotel could not arrange anything like a sandwich whatsoever. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have it managed. Check-in itself was not a problem at 10pm.

We stayed in the apartment Pomolo 1 which was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The location is easy to find and is a good base for activities in he area. We really enjoyed our stay

The entrance is a rest/smoking area of the kitchen staff and we often had to go through smoke while entering the building. Also the kitchen door was constantly open and the whole walkway was smelling food (good one) which made us constantly hungry :-)

nice clean room, good restaurant with decent choice of meals. I tried pasta and it was very tasty, as well as pizza. I didn't expect that the hotel is located just by the slope. We didn't have a chance to enjoy it but may be next time I will consider to try it too.

- Dinner ends really early, kitchen is closed after 20:00 - Breakfast choice could be improved ( like I missed some warm omlette or at least scrambled eggs )

New hotel, everything is clean and "high end". The suite was exceptional, we are a family of 5 and it had everything we needed, big good rooms with closets, kitchen with everything to keep the food and cook.

Polite staff, cleaness, well equiped kitchen, everything in one place (restaurant, playroom, wellness, ski rental with a discount for hotel guests, ski slopes almost at the door)

When we entered the room for the firet time it smelled a little bit but we were able to clean the air by opening the windows and using some parfume.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The wonderful owner, Elizabeth, was always there for any questions or requests and was very flexible since day one with our inconvenient check-in hour late at night. The hotel has a very cozy/family atmosphere. It's location is excellent for "star trips" around Salzburg and flachau. And not to mention the fantastic mountains view we had from our apartment. We will definitely book again if we plan to visit Austria soon.

perfect stay, room and bed, friendly people, near a small ski slope. I can recommend this hotel for families, and because the good value for money.

- Nothing to eat or drink in the evening. just a vending machine, but without card payment , so you need coins to get a drink from the machine. - the official check-in times were too early (although they fixed it for me) - this hotel is not near the main ski slopes of the ski made area (only a very small slope)

The apartment would benefit from a washing machine.

The rooms are excellent, very clean, with a good view. Ski rooms available. The staff is very friendly.

The activities in the hotel could be a little better.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived late, and the lady at the reception was very nice to wait for us after hours.
