Had a great stay at the Haus Susanne. Ben and Angela are both very welcoming and helpful. The house is in a great location, nice and quiet but a short walk into Radstadt town centre. Altenmarkt is only a 30 minute walk in the other direction. This was a great place for us to stay to attend the World Cup skiing night races at Schaldming, which is only a 15 minute train ride from Radstadt station. Haus Susanne is a great option for this, being a fraction of the cost of rooms/apartments in Schladming, which are also very difficult to come by. I would have no hesitation in recommending Haus Susanne if you are planning a trip to the Radstadt area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and two very convenient supermarkets (Mpreis & Penny) nearby.

Excellent service from friendly staff! Free parking area with plenty of space. The view was gorgeous . The lovely atmosphere. The large balcony with the view. Very clean rooms with new furniture. Internet connection was stable and fast.

There is parking inside the area, Owner was friendly and really cared about that we had everything we needed. I was happy for skiing equipment dryer. Everything clean and comfy.

Beds could be harder, but its a personal problem. And please dont beg for great score in personal messages. It is more annoying than effective. I want to give you 10/10 because you deserve it, not because you asked for it.

Very welcoming and excellent skiing recommendations. A comfortable room in a small guest house with live in friendly hosts. Good parking outside and a nearby ski bus stop. A short walk into the local town where there are several nice restaurants.

Lovely accomodation, very nice owners, family friendly, cozy and clean rooms that comfortably fit our family of 4, great breakfast, beautiful location.

The wifi seemed a bit unstable, the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but it all still worked fine.

I had a really nice, peaceful stay here after stopping for the night on my motorbike trip. A comfortable bed and friendly hosts was just what I needed after a long ride through the Grossglockner pass. The town is lovely and breakfast was sufficient.

The hosts are very friendly and the location is perfect, because it's not very far from the highway. There is private parking right in front of the house. The view from the balcony is very relaxing.

Very good place. Feel like home. Hot water and heating were all the time. New outfit in the room. Fast and stable WIFI. The owners are friendly and helpful. Communicated with me even before arrival. No russians were spotted.

The kitchen is rather small. If there will be a full house of guests I don't think it will fit all. A breakfast choice could be bigger.

this is a wonderful place, with an unforgettable view of the mountains and the valley! if you have a car or bike, you can quickly get to the nearest sights. the room was clean and with a view, and in the morning we had a good breakfast. I would also like to mention the owner, he was very caring and helped us with interesting places to see.
