The resort combines comfort and luxury in a breathtaking alpine setting and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Our apartment was beautifully designed, featuring large windows that provided stunning views of the mountains. It was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The wellness facilities were a highlight. The sauna and relaxation areas were perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations for skiing and local attractions. The location is ideal, with easy access to the slopes and picturesque hiking trails. Overall, Alpes Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of nature in a cozy, welcoming place. I look forward to coming back!

The property is ideally located if you are skiing, You can ski Obertauern, Flachau and Schladming in just 15min drive. Our apartment was big and comfortable, 64m2 on ground floor. The view isn’t something but it was easily accessible. Kitchen had everything for individual meal preparation. Floor heating worked well. Underground garage (2,2m). You get Salzburger card which you can use for SPA in Altenmark and get 20% discount and free ski bus.

Nearby farm smell. You have to buy Nespresso capsules from reception as they are non standard, cost is 1eur pcs. The beds were little squeaky., one was broken but fixed the same day. Only German TV channels, old TV (not smart, no Netflix). The SPA is very small, infrared cabin fits 2 people, finish sauna fits 4-5 people, steam sauna down work.

Location was great, everything was clean. Kitchen was very convenience to cook. The swimming pool was fantastic.

The laundry was very problematic. Only one washing machine for many rooms, you need to stand in line and coordinate your laundry with other guests, need to put 3 euro coins to enable the electricity for the machine, this was very annoying! Why not put 2 washing machines and make it free of charge?

Great location, with nice views. The hotel is on the side of Radstadt, the ski lift is accessible via bus, but you'd better use your car, if you want to visit various restaurants. You can access super walking and hiking trails from the hotel. The staff is super nice. Their availability is limited, but they were always helpful. The parking is very spacious, easy to park and pack the cars, even with minibus, too. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped and super clean. We visited during winter, the heating is strong, no-one was cold from the family.

Don't try to access internet from there. The reception is terrible, and the wifi is just there to show signal, without real bandwidth.

Not cleaning the apartment daily and there is no one who takes the garbage in front of the apartment

I took a guarantee amount after the customer handed over the room and the value of the amount was 200. The first time this thing happened to me. I booked an amount after going out. I talked to them about the reason. The justification could not be clear by them.

The apartment is specious clean, Kitchen fully equipped. friendly, beautifully located between green hills. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cute pool, free bicycle for the whole family. Good value for money very practical for traveling in the area. Theres a laundry room for 3 euros. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Great stay!

Nice location, reasonable distance from many places. A comfortable kitchen with clean dishes- just like new. There is Supermarket near the place and free parking. The kids enjoyed the pool And a bike ride from the hotel was perfect!!

The beds/pillows were uncomfortable. For a long stay it would be nice if there was a room cleaning service..

Another guest took my snowboard shoes as there is no individual lockable cabinet per room despite good support from the staff to recover who took them by mistake it cost me a lot to rent equipments for the weekend I strongly recommend to have individual locker for shoes and skis It was overcosts for

Rather modern apartment with warm pool access (+27) and all the needed appliances in the kitchen, good water pressure in shower, ability to take a free bike, small playground for children is a plus.

We love it. The apartment was wonderful: spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. The bed mattresses are amazing. The rooms are well isolated from noise when door are closed. I think it is one of the best apartment hotel I visited.
