Amazing place with amazing host! ❤️❤️❤️ Such a beautiful breathtaking view from a balcony! The kitchen is well equiped. Many nice details inside the house, inside the room. We always had a feeling like we were spending time at grandma's place. The host is very very kind. We had a home made welcome cookies, and milk, and eggs, and We fed all the eanimals inside the farm - umforgettable emotions for kids! And grown ups ;) And of cause, I should mentione breakfast - wonderful, delicious, from local farmers homemade products. For a reasonable price. We will definitely come back!

This is such a lovely family living almost on top of a mountain. They have a little farm with cows, horses, ducks, chicken, cats, etc. and produce almost everything they offer for breakfast themselves (milk, yoghurt, cream cheese, bread, eggs, meat spread, jam, honey,...). The view in the morning when the sun comes up behind the mountains is amazing! Our family stayed there in winter and we went skiing during the day (Radstadt and Reiteralm are close), but it may be also worth a visit during summer. I would definitely go there again!

We liked everything! The only thing that should be mentioned is that it is easiest to get there by car - it is a 7-10 minutes ride up the mountain.

Everything. Comfortable small apartment, with private bathroom and kitchenette. Apparently, it came with a second room with another double bed, but we didn't use this. Beautiful place! Cows, rabbits, and dog of the house. Great views of the valley below! The apartment is at roughly 1300m elevation. Road is fully paved and not difficult to drive, just a bit steep on some places, but no problem for any car.

The pillows were too soft and it took a while for the shower to get hot. But these are only very minor issues.

The accomodation is located in a beautiful area, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The host is exceptionally kind, and although she does not speak English, we managed to communicate the essentials. The furnishing is a bit "retro" but in perfect condition and the apartment is well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Delicious and rich breakfast, mostly (if not fully) home-made from local ingredients was provided at a fair price. We would gladly return to Kohlegghof some time.

Hosts were vwry lovely and welcoming! The house is lovely and has it's character. A little dated rooms but very clean and comfortable beds. The location is superb. Right in the mountains and with breath taking views. Large balcony where you can enjoy the views. Little well equiped kitchen.

The room has a very nice view of the mountains, very cozy and clean! The breakfast was super nice and fresh and we had unforgotten night in this property. The host was very respectful and welcoming our kids. Visiting this place is a must if you are looking for a pleasant stay! if you want to see a nice view of the top of the mountain you could walk or drive for 4 kilos! The room has a fridge, coffee maker, and stove!!! There is nice place close by that you can walk too were you can see from above and take some lovely pictures not only that their are cows and a place to enjoy your coffee inn. Forgot to mention everthing is close by so you can go around the neighborhood and there are several activites you can do such as swimming, mini golf,tennis,ping-pong,skateboarding in the park. (I would consider going their for my next visit)

We truly appreciated the hosts' flexibility. Despite our late arrival due to an unforeseen car issue, they didn’t say a word about our delayed check-in. Instead, they welcomed us with freshly made apple pies. Also the view from the balcony was absolutely awesome, the place was quiet and peacefull and the host was really kind.

Quiet and comfortable. Super location. The place is run by passionate people that know what they are doing. Friendly Farm animals that our children have found easy to bond and play with. Will surely come back.👍

INCREDIBLE view and incredible service by the host. She made us feel so welcome and the rooms were incredible with comfortable amenities. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights there. If you do anything in Austria you MUST come here!
