Lovely traditional style hotel but not tired or shabby. Room was generous sized - we were lucky enough to have a corner room with a wrap around balcony and separate lounge. Ample wardrobe space. Room had a safe and a fridge. Big dining room and generous salad bar and breakfast buffet - lots of variety. Food was mostly pretty good. Lovely swimming pool and amazing wellness centre which hardly seemed to be used - wished we had more time. The Filzmoos summer card that the hotel gave us gave us a free bus travel & a gondola ride and there was a lovely walk and amazing views at the top. Staff were really friendly- I love family run local hotels like this.

Room didn’t have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities - I had messaged to ask and had been told they would provide a kettle - I had to chase for it but they did provide it on the second day. Shower room was very small & I didn’t like that it was a glass door right next to the bed… felt a bit self-conscious going to the loo!!! Presumably because it was hardly being used, a lot of the saunas weren’t on & the plunge pool wasn’t filled up… not sure if that could have been done had we asked but we didn’t have much time to use the facilities. They made an effort with their ‘gala dinner’ evening, and the local band on Thursday night was fun!

It’s a great hotel and the package we had was a very good price I think, amazing food. Has everything you could want. Lovely to have a pool. Nice room, comfortable and little sofa, fridge and good size with a balcony. Double entry door means no noise disturbance from corridor. Bathroom nice if a little dated. Spa facilities are all great, kids in the pool jumping and throwing balls means it’s not great for adults, and as it’s Austria a lot of male naked strutting and posing in the sauna/spa area means it’s not quite for my English prudishness! Amazing evening meal - each course was stunning! Dining room is busy and noisy though. Staff all very fast and attentive. Didn’t have a chat with anyone at anytime - felt they were there to do an excellent job, but not there for friendliness.

Place - direct in the center, great food, parking in the garage, very helpful and communicative personal.

Missing coffee mashine in the room, bigger fitness room would be better.

Very Nice dinner and good choice of 3 mian courses ( one always vegetatian). Swimming Pool and sauna as a great plus. Typicall mointian style Rooms, not very new But clean and comfy.

No bevarage ( even water) to the dinner.

Very cosy family hotel, nice spa facilities and a modern swimming pool. The restaurant offers excellent food quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

When you want to drink a wine in the evening think twice as 0,25 litre cost 11 Euro which is for the offered wine not worth the money. A piece of cake from the day before for 5 Euro....I understand that you need to make money nowadays but you shall not have the feeling that you get squeezed. We also stayed in a suite but you needed to rent the sauna cloak for 7 Euro. I do expect in a 4 **** hotel this service for free as the room is expensive enough. Please also bear in mind that if you travel with friends make sure that you end up in the right hotel as they have 6 facilities :)
