Large, spacious room, comfortable beds, central location. If it didn't have the problem with the heat, it would be a 10 star hotel in my opinion.

We had no heat in the room. The radiators were almost cold, although they were set to maximum on the thermostat. Plus, the windows don't close properly, it was cold and you could hear them from outside as if they were open. We had 17 degrees overnight in the room and in our case with a 1 year old child it was quite difficult

Late Check-In was no problem, really big room with a balcony, perfect for us two and our dogs! The bathroom was a bit poorly designed (water from bathroom sink and shower splashes..) but looked really nice. Small fridge in the room and a lot of storage area. There's free parking in the back of the building.

The car park in the back of the hotel is quite small but there's more parking a few hundred meters away from the hotel. The bed was quite hard which was a bit uncomfortable and the lighting in the room was rather dark.

Really nice room with a massive shared decking area! For the price we paid i did not expect this amazing room!! Really nice, clean and big! Very friendly staff and really great food in their restaurang , even had vegan food for my son for dinner. Not for breakfast though but we knew that so had brought our own.

Nothing apart from a kettle, not vital but would have been nice since i am a massive fan of coffee 😁 Would have been nice with a vegan breakfast option.

Easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, rooms a good temperature, cleaned to a good standard. Good family room to sleep 4 comfortably. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Parking was very limited, and we weren't able to use it on any of the 3 days we were there, but the street parking was sufficient and easy to find a spot without needing to pay.

The city is so much nice, calm with beautiful Alpen views. Hotel itself is very comfortable, calm and well designed. All the equipment looks quite new. The room was very clean, linen so fresh. Breakfast was tasty with lot of varieties of food.

It would be nice to have some fridge in the room, also some fruits veggies on breakfast. But in general it was great to stay here

The room was great, same as the breakfast. It was a little too cold to use the terrace, but the view from there is nice too. In genereal the location of the hotel is nice. Staff was really helpful and the price for this package was more than affordable.

The toilet and beds are unusually high, which might be a nuissance for smaller people. Parking is a little far from the hotel.

Room was fairly clean and moderan. Lots of storae to put away stuff. Location was good in cute area.

Bathroom was really weird. Bathroom door was half transparent so you can see inside. Bathtub had no shower curtain or glassdoor so you have to take shower in a little corner to avoid water all over the bathroom floor. Room was pretty hot so we opened the window but the window had no screen so no filter for bugs.

Stayed here before. A great little hotel in a beautiful setting. Good restaurant, free parking, friendly staff. A spacious family room. Good breakfast, fairly priced. The staff was kind enough to allow us to return the key 2 weeks after, as we have forgotten to leave it when checking out. Much appreciated flexibility!
