Location - green and quiet area, 10 min walking to the old part of the city. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Decent room size and bathroom.

Breakfast - selection was really limited (especially for the value they ask - 20 eur/person). Overnight oats were spoiled - tasting really awkward. Notified staff to remove - guess what - just weird smile and no action. It was the first and the last breakfast in the hotel. I stayed 6 nights - not a single time the housekeeping came to the room, no change of towels etc.

We had 7 rooms booked at the Jufa hotel and everyone in our party liked the Jufa hotel very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising taxis and answering our questions. Breakfast was very good ( perhaps a little pricey) but the quality was good. Check out easy.

The check in process was very slow, we were handed a tablet to fill in all details ourselves and so of course took a long time for a party of 7. Handing in your passport for a few hours so the hotel can complete the required details is normal at most hotels we stay in and so check in is a lot faster and easier. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning system in the rooms was locked so couldn't make adjustments to cool things down. The rooms don't have a wardrobe only a rail with hangers in the room so really designed for shorter stays.

Great location room was clean

On our way back to the hotel there was a food truck and we picked up a snack and took it back to the hotel. We sat at one of the tables out side a man came over said he was the manager at the restaurant and since we did not order anything from the restaurant that we couldn’t sit there. We were unaware that we couldn’t sit there and said we were sorry. He said that no where it’s aloud and that it was a 4 star hotel and He continued to scold us and said that he had to charge us 2 euros each. The manger was dressed in a dingy soccer shirt and shorts he was not dressed professional if he was worried about the image of a 4 star hotel. We did plan to come down and have drinks later that night but did not we went else where.

Nice territory, very pleasant garden with tables and chairs to sit, a cafe and a bar.

The location is not tourist friendly because there are no services around such as cafes and shops. The hotel however has its own cafe where if you don’t want to have a big costly breakfast, you can buy a meal. Considering the location, its lack of vicinity to services and a big vacant territory around, the price for parking was excessive. If a hotel is outside the city center and has enough territory to accommodate cars, parking should be free especially since it’s in the open, not fenced guarded in any way.

Location was fantastic for catching 5 and 25 bus to everywhere. Sofie in the bar was tremendous. The rest of the staff was always missing...

The staff (except for Sofie), were always missing. When we arrived for checkin, there was no one there. We waited 10 minutes at the checkin desk. Staff were around, but apparently not the checkin staff? Maybe taking a nap? We waited and waited. Nobody helped us. Later. We came down forc a beer. We waited another 10 minutes. One staff member said just a moment... we finally left. Awful experience. Where were the staff?

Pleasant and well-equipped hotel close to the city center. The terrace offers lovely views of the castle, and the breakfast was excellent with a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. The only minor issue was the bed being quite firm, though this might be a matter of personal preference. However, I was disappointed with the dinner options - we ordered pizza which was clearly frozen, which seems inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. Despite this letdown with the evening meal, the overall impression was great and I would still recommend the hotel.

The location was good for the Xmas markets which was the reason for our visit. It was handy for public transport too. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were lovely friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were a little on the small side but the beds were lovely clean and very comfortable The breakfast choices were fab too

The breakfast service seemed very short staffed! There were a couple of mornings where the coffee machines were out of water and cups and people were getting frustrated that there were no clean tables to sit at! However the staff that were on duty were running their socks off and working really hard

The location of Hotel Jufa is excellent, just 200 metres from the base of the starting point of Salzburg Castle, old town. The breakfast had a lot of varieties, though it could add a little bit more of cakes / sweet stuff. The room which we stayed in had no balcony but it had big dual windows which opened to the inner courtyard. The room was of good size. The reception staff was helpful and answered the few questions which I had. There was a jazz festival going on during our visit which made it even more memorable. Good value for money and highly recommended. Would love to come back again.

It was just a one night stay, but overall it was good. The location is quite convenient, close to the city centre. Price-wise, while a bit expensive for the standard received, it was one of the cheapest options available when booking at short notice. Breakfast was good as well (there is enough variety). The staff was kind. And most importantly, we got a chocolate easter bunny :)

I found charging extra for parking next to the hotel a bit strange and unnecessary. Some of the bathroom “consumables” were not restocked, which is a bit strange for a 4* hotel.

The breakfast is amazing, you can additionally order a dish with bagel/sandwiches of your choice. The room is big enough. The hotel location is just 10-15min from the castle and from the main entrance of the hotel you can see the castle and the beautiful landscape around. There are music evenings and other events providing for the guests.

It was a little bit hard to communicate with some of the personnel because of their poor English. But the rest personnel speak English fluently.
