Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was perfect, everything you could possibly need was there, and it’s clear they really care about your comfort. Around the reception, you’ll find local maps and helpful information, and everything is spotless. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the accommodation itself is beautiful. The rooms look exactly like the photos, what you see is what you get. It truly felt like a home away from home. The mattresses were high quality, and the kitchen was better equipped than we expected, including an oven, microwave, and capsule coffee machine. I even received new coffee capsules every morning , such a lovely surprise! Cleaning is done as if you were in a hotel, towels are changed regularly, and the staff checks their condition. Everything was always neat and tidy. The service overall was excellent. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important for me since I had to work some evenings or when the weather wasn't ideal. We didn’t use the wellness area, it’s not really my thing... but it’s definitely a nice option to have. There’s also table tennis, a trampoline for kids, a nearby river and playground, plus a cycling trail just a short distance from the property. There’s plenty to explore in the area. The staff were amazing ... huge thanks to them. We’re already planning to return in the winter. The price is absolutely fair for the level of comfort and service provided. It’s not overpriced considering the care and attention they put into everything.

The first word that comes to mind is WOW! This hotel is a gem, nestled in a peaceful area near Flachau. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel itself is modern, thoughtfully designed, and offers plenty of spacious rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable week or two of stay. If you prefer to prepare your own breakfast, you can head down to the kitchen each morning to pick up fresh bread for a small fee. Laundry service is also available. The entire place is immaculate, spacious, and simply delightful. Plus, there’s free parking! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the stay here very much. The hotel is in beautiful calm place, right next to the skiing lift. Rooms are like new, clean and comfortable. They serve very good breakfast - as a gluten, dairy and egg intolerant I was still able to have a proper tasty breakfast. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful in hotel and restaurant too. We also appreciated to be able to park in garage (10€/day) and they let us park there after check out as well. I hope to come back soon

I liked everything :) maybe one idea - it would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but I am sure we would get hot water if we asked

This place is a jem! Not too central, a few minutes from the town’s center, and very quiet. Our apartment looked brand new, very spacious and had 2 bedrooms with complete privacy. The view outside is dreamy. The kids absolutely loved the place, especially the rooms, and the beautiful playground outside! Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and all the facilities are just what we needed. The stuff was also very friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️

Nothing worth mentioning.

Cozy and comfortable for a family or a couple as it has a special quiet atmosphere with a great view to Alps meadows and mountains. Rooms are furnished with natural materials in a very cozy way, bed is very comfortable, bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast has a good variety of local food, stuff is pleasant and helpful. Underground parking with EV charging stations, a big room for bikes/ winter equipment.

It was a situation with our late check in but the hotel did manage it in a good way.

My husband and I wanted a place to relax and go hiking in nature. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The wellness area with three saunas is perfect, especially after a day of hiking. The breakfast was diverse, with fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of cereals, breads and cold cuts, freshly made waffles, etc. One of the best breakfasts I've had in hotels in Europe. Having a restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient because we didn't have to drive out for dinner. All the staff were kind and attentive. The facilities and room are new and cozy. We took our dog along and even she was given a treat in the room, a canine snack.

Stunning scenery, great walks, a superb breakfast and a delightful hosting family. The range of breakfast dishes was impressive. I am gluten and lactose free and a basket of gf rolls and muffin was brought to our table. When returning from a walk a sauna was available for us within twenty minutes to ease the aches.

Nothing except the dubbing of TV programs that originally were in English.

It is a nice, quiet hotel during the summer. The interior is beautiful. We loved the playground and the option of renting free bikes. There is also a sauna.

The breakfast was the average breakfast we usually eat at majority of Austrian hotels. We have seen way better options when travelling around this country (some hotels are using local products from nearby farms, using traditional cheeses and salami, have eggs and coffees on order, have traditional spreads, ...).

We were checking in at 23:00. It was a self-check-in, and everything was waiting for us at the counter front desk. The beautiful apartment contains 2 bedrooms + a comfort room + a kitchen and a shower for each bedroom - perfect for families with kids. The kitchen contains everything you need - a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. And yes... coffee capsules were waiting for us to use + a welcome bottle of water. Perfect! In the morning... go to the terrace. The scenery will take your breath. Drink your coffee with that view, a perfect start for your day. The team was accommodating. The location is great 2 minutes from the A10 highway. I will definitely go there again.

That we had to leave... :) Nothing not to love there.

There are no words to describe how nice this hotel is. The owner kindly offered us free use of the sauna in the evening. The building and rooms are amazing in terms of quality and cleanliness. The breakfast is one of my best in many years of staying in different hotels. 11 out of 10 Highly recommended!
