We had a great week in Alpendorf, would recommend this appartment complex. Great view of the valley. New property (2021), well maintained. Friendly staff who operate on the basis of trusting their guests (which is nice for a change). Nice pool for the kids.

Guests should think about how to get to the ski lifts. If snow cover is good, and your skiing is adequate, you can walk ~500m to the piste access parking P7. If you have young kids, or don't like to climb ~50m vertical after your day of skiing, you'd probably better take the car to the P1/P2 parking lot down near the lift. This is about 1000m from the hotel, but ~120m lower on the hill. Alpendorf in general is a smaller, purpose built resort town, with dining and nightlife proportional to its size.

Wonderful place to stay for exploring the area! The room was super comfortable. We had a 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen, living room and terrace. The kitchen and dining area was great and very convenient for small meals for our family of 5. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and saunas were a treat at the end of a day of hiking. Really a great place to stay.

The property is on a steep hill, so really anywhere we went we used the car since our group also had a older person who didn't have the lung capacity for uphill hikes. But the parking garage with personal, free parking is great so this wasn't an issue.

Clean and spacious apartment Comfortable beds Good location for skiing, just a short walk down the hill to the 6 man chairlift. Over 26 miles of piste and a great selection of blue and red runs catering for all levels of competency. Lovely gasthofs dotted around the slopes serving tasty food.

Unfortunately, bed linen and towels are not included and incur a charge. Half board option is not good value for money, as the food is basic. Venture down hill into town for better quality food at a similar price

Breakfast was great! The pool was worm and big. The room was big enough, and the kitchens had everything you need, from cutting board to micorovae/oven. Personal parking lot for each room. The hotel was clean and stuff really nice!

Cleaning the room on you. If towls or bedsheets need to be changed, you need to ask. We were a bit stressed cause of the requirements of cleaning. We had to throw our garbage, keep the room neet, not lose key cards, not to stuck outside the room with no keys. Although it's basic, not doing so will make you pay a lot.

We had large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The apartment has an amazing view of the valley and the area. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need - just like at home. The location of the hotel is great - the cable car to the Ghost Mountain (Geisterberg Alpendorf) is a few hundred meters from the place and the Lichtenstein Gorge is a 5-minute drive away. Great location for those who want to travel in the area, as most attractions are within an hour's drive.

One of the shower rooms had an unpleasant smell, we bought an odor spray and it solved the problem. Each apartment had exactly as many towels as the number of guests - since the hotel has a pool I would also expect a set of towels for the pool. On the sofa was a pillow that looked dirty and old. We asked for extra bed sheet to cover the sofa and was told that usually we have to pay for it (they gave us one free of charge), same thing with garbage bags. The cleaning policy was not clear enough - we had to throw the garbage when we checked out. Small annoying things that could have been avoided.

Superb rooms. Staff excellent when available. Very good Sauna, Steam Pool and Pool. Very nice after a day skiing.

No-where to dry anything in the rooms with the underfloor heating - a clothes horse would be a handy addition. There is a drying room for your ski items. Location: Worth noting it’s in Upper Alpendorf and it’s a walk up if you miss the ski bus. Taxis vary in price!

The appratment was very good for big family. Lovely view, 2 floors. 3 sleeping rooms with palkoni, each room with shower, and the upper floor with lovely view , kitchen, big palkoni, dedicated parking for each room. I realy liked it.

1. Towels: you got 3 towels per room. If you need more, or to replace with clean one you need to pay. 2. Clean on check-out: yes it is written in the policy, but this is too much because if you forgot something in the trash can " carton cup", you might pay a lot!. From my point of view this is too aggrissve especially if you have children.

The apartment was beautiful with lovely views from the balcony. High spec furnishings. Beds comfortable, underfloor heating. Everything we needed was available for my daughter- high chair and travel cot. Pool, sauna and steam area was lovely Staff were great and gave us advice on taxi numbers.

This is not the hotels fault but the local buses had stopped when we arrived so the only way to get to the local bars/restaurants/ski lifts was to walk down a very steep hill (10 mins) but then we had to also walk back up with the pram and any shopping/ ski boots (30mins) it's a tough walk especially after a day of skiing with a 5 year old and a 2 year old. I would highly suggest hiring a car, however this is not possible once at resort so consider picking one up from the airport. The local taxi was 10 euro for 3 minute drive up hill but by the end of the week this seemed worth it.

Big apartment, with everything you need for a family vacation (including a seperate bedroom and bathroom for the parents). kind staff. Great breakfast, freshly made. We had such a great time! They have a spa and a pool but we didnt use them.

No laundry service in the complex or in the nearby town, So pack accordingly.

The room design was very nice, the setting area and kitchen with room on the same floor, and then you go with steps down to extra rooms and toilets.

I suggest having a better place for garbage, as the current place is conjusted and not so healthy, in addition I recommend to have a laundry room.
