The room was really nice, the bed was amazing and super soft, and the hotel is amazing! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to everyone! I had a few small issues on my trip, and the staff was super friendly and really helpfull, they even made sure I could do a late check-in because I had some car trouble, and when I was not feeling Well, the staff was super friendly and helpfull! Thank you so much for this amazing stay!

Everything was just perfect!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. This small modern intimate hotel is situated in the centre of Gerlos close to the ski bus stop with a very short ride to the cable car. Nice spa area with panoramic view over the slopes.

In hindsight, I would personally have preferred a hotel with a half-board option to avoid the need to go out looking for a meal every evening and a swimming pool.

Fantastic design, great quality in every little detail. Perfection! Great views, friendly staff, very tasty breakfast with lots of variety! We had a suite for 3 people.

The only problem I think is the fact that there is no air-conditioning (although this is normal for the villages in the Alps.) It is just getting warmer globally.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Especially Raphaël, he is always so nice and courteous. The decoration in this hotel is bringing a very loungy atmosphere. A quiet and peaceful place in rumorous Gerlos. The breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is cleverly comparted. The wellness is composed of 2 saunas, which is very nice to make use of after a day of skiing.

The hotel couldn't be better but you have to know that Gerlos is very popular for Dutch people. So you could have the feeling of not being in Austria anymore;-)

Superb modern design - beautiful, creative and functional. Such a contract to the OOOMpah and Lederhosen and traditional long dresses that you tire of in most Austrian hotels. Brilliant feeling of being in a private club. Brilliant staff. Fantastic location.

Maybe larger and fluffier towels? Maybe cold water in the spa? Maybe a boot heater?

Beautiful modern design with convenient location. Underground free parking, lovely views of the mountains, wonderful breakfast with attentive staff, spa/sauna was nice amenity.

Cleaning staff needs to look under beds and on top shelves of closets. A/C would have been nice.

Fantastic hotel and the most friendly staff. New style but still has a nice and cosy feeling. Breakfast was extensive. Location is perfect in the town centre.

Everything was on the highest level . Perfect location. Very friendly and welcoming personel and owners.

The family-run hotel was a very high standard and a very relaxing experience from the moment we arrived to when we left the wellness was also exceptional and the standard of the breakfast was 10 /10 every day
