I had the pleasure of staying at the brand-new "Da Alois" accommodation, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment had everything one could need, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain view. It was an absolute treat for nature enthusiasts. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for activities in the area. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend "Da Alois." This was one of my best stays ever, and I'm already looking forward to returning. Many thanks to the hosts for creating such a memorable experience!

The place is completely new. Simply stunning. We were absolutely surprised with this place. Everything until the minimum detail. We could see that they took time to make a nice design. This big living room's window with a shape of the mountain's edge during the dark night delighted us with a big light sky full of stars. It really looks like a painting of the universe. The apartments are filled up with everything you could ever need. Arrive and have a welcome wine make a huge difference. I think it is one of the best and most beautiful places I ever stayed in. They don't have reception, but the 2 times we called the help number, it was a person that picked up the phone immediately.

One of my best accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The hosts was welcoming and super helpful. I have never been so relaxed and taken care of. The building and apartment is modern, great and clean. Nice beds and cozy feeling, modern and new equipment in the apartment. It was so warm and we enjoyed after skiing. Thanks for the wine! And for me, the location is great, fast and safe road to ski-gondola. I was aware that the apartmene is not ond the ski slope. The parking was safe and there was enough space all time. Thank you Franz, my holiday was great, and a big part of that is your Da Alois apartment.

We liked the atmosphere of the apartment. It was modern but also cozy and comfortable. The apartment was equipped well with a coffee maker, toaster, kitchen equipment and a vacuum cleaner. The wifi was great and for people that watch movies was netflix and youtube. The check-in was fast by just sending ID cards to the owner and using a code to access the keys to the apartment that were in the keysafe.

The reason why our stay was not as pleasant as it could have been was because of the sound isolation of the apartment building. Every loud word, step, loud action, TV or music from the apartment above was loud as it have happenned in our apartment. This is why I do not recommend the apartment to people that want a peaceful sleep.

Very comfortable appartment with all its convienients. Very helpfull Owners! Access to washing machine and clothes dryer was very useful. The kitchen very well equipped. We didn't need to go to restaurant because we enjoy just to stay at this nice home and have a meal together with our freinds. Wonderful view from the window. Great coffee in the morning and a bottle of good wine on Welcome :)

Would be great to have a place to dry our ski boots.

This place is a 10, hands down. Beautiful, cosy, comfy, clean, great location, great value, outstanding in every way. The kitchen appliances are brand new and also high tech, the beds are comfy, the view to the mountains are just great. We were so happy to have chosen this place for our ski vacation. Schladming is about ten minutes by car, there is a bus stop just outside the house. Yes, it has everything.

I can’t think of anything that was not likable

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. We loved it! Everything was very clean, bathroom spacious, kitchen well equipped. We even got a little welcome present. This accommodation needs more recognition!

The only negative thing was that it wasn't ready upon our arrival (even though it was within check-in hours), but we could leave our luggage in a ski room and we went to shop groceries and have dinner, so it wasn't an issue afterwards.

Absolutely amazing place. Brand new apartment with all need facilities - full equipped kitchen, bathroom, full-size bedrooms. Perfectly clean - like brand new! The location is top - there is a bus stop for the ski area in front of the building. But there is also a place for parking and by car is 10 minutes drive to the Schladming ski area. We have great ski vacation and we hope we can come back very soon!

The apartment is new. The location is very superior, and it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots. The surrounding supporting facilities are also very complete. The apartment is very clean and tidy and well equipped. The decor is modern, comfortable and functional. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful. The host is very friendly and helped us a lot. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time.

one of the best apartments I had stay … very modern clean very friendly owner ( my baby broke one plate and he don’t charge us anything) … the sounds of birds and river in the balcony something amazing.. the village near the apartment is super nice .. nice walking from the apartment … high recommended
