Its nice villa / hotel, made in good, mountain style with lots of wooden elements. For sure some architect helped them with this job. The stuff is nice. There is a room for skies/bikes, pity that’s outside. Great sauna, I really liked it, but it’s mostly open when no one is in the hotel, I guess it’s possible to make it a bit more digitally connected and then switch it off online or when the restaurant is closed - instead of 19:30, 22 or at least 21:30. The room is spacious and well equipped. Delicious breakfasts. Location is perfect, the room is quiet, but with open windows you will listen to church’s bell every morning.

There is no AC and it was just very hot in the room. The is a machine for a coffee but not the kettle for a tea. The room is spacious, but bathrooms are extremely small. I would like to have more hot options of food for the breakfast.

Very nice hotel in a central location, close to restaurants and the Planai cable car. The receptionist was wonderful and recommended a visit to the glacier — an unforgettable experience. The included Summer Card was a great perk, covering multiple cable cars, buses, and more. One drawback: the rooms do not have air conditioning. To improve guest comfort, the hotel should consider providing floor fans during the warmer months. Otherwise, a highly recommended place to stay!

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this great hotel, so much so that when we were in Schladming again two nights later we booked again. The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Lovely common areas, decorated with great tase. Staff is polite, and breakfast is good. The common areas look better than the rooms, but the rooms are nice. The hotel is a few steps from the main shopping & entertainment street. Parking is available both front and back of the building.

Although nothing is actually bad, for a great experience I would recommend two things. one: work a little extra for decorating the room - only a few details could make a great difference. Second, improve the menu. Dinner was not good, and for an a la carte menu, that is not acceptable. Soup is good, but main courses were hard to enjoy.

Spa area accessible only until 7PM. If you’re skiing until the slopes close, it a bit thight on the schedule to use the Spa. Food at the restaurant for dinner is great but the menu quite limited.

The location is just 10 minutes from the train station in a quiet street, staff received us was very friendly and efficient to issue Salzburg card. The room with balcony viewing the mountain scenery, and the included breakfast was very delicious and wide variety of fruits, breads, hams, ... .The staff even exceptionally allow us to have breakfast before the official start time of 7:30am as we need to catch train to Munich at 8:10am. Much grateful.

The restaurant should have a more obvious signboard besides the reception so that we won't miss the chance to taste their dinner menu.

The location (within walking distance from the train station, the ski rental and Planai Stadion Lift). We loved the design and the cleanliness of the superior room with balcony and the after ski spa. Both the breakfast and the à la carte dinner are delicious. Friendly, professional staff.

Such a cool hotel! Would highly recommend. Beautiful crisp, clean and modern interiors, comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the garden, a sizeable shower, and an unbeatable breakfast - by far the best one on our trip through Europe! Convenient and tranquil location and lovely staff. Also held some of our luggage while we did the High trail hike for 5 days. Please do yourself a favour and book here. It’s worth every penny.

Very nice hotel, staff extremely helpful and observant. Super location in Schladming, easy walking distance to most/ all things. Breakfast was excellent.
