Fabulous place, fabulous location, fabulous pool, fabulous breakfast!! Loved it and would definitely come again

They need some aircondition in the rooms and an espresso machine in the room. Super annoying that the TV goes on after 10 minutes when putting in the keycard, playing loud music. Also they could use chrome cast for the non-German visitors

Stylish , elegant ,clean, great location to ski lift. Loved the rooftop pool, gorgeous loungers and furniture with cushions and plenty of towels. Spacious room with great en-suite, comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, Hooks to hang ski coat etc, massive television, comfortable sofa,

No garage only a carpark with no roof. It was lovely sunny weather when we stayed but in winter when the heavy snow comes this would be an operation in digging out the car.!

Very nice hotel with an amazing infinity pool on the roof of one of the buildings. From there the view on the mountains was amazing. At the pool nice drinks and sushi was served. The wellness ares was great. Perfect location in the middle of Schladming and next to the ski liftst (nearest is only 250 m!). The hotel has recently been renovated and is therfore very nicely designed and trendy. The rooms are well finished as well. The staff is very friendly. The food (a la carte dinner and breakfast) is the best in whole Schladming.

For breakfast we were initially seated in a separate, empty, unpleasant dining-room a little further away from the buffet area, because of the already reserved tables for the full/half board guests as they said. This while the tables near the buffet were almost all empty! This gave us a very unwelcoming feeling. After requesting the staff, we got a better table. However I think the management needs to rethink the concept of fixed tables for full/half board guests in comparison to breakfast-only guests, especially during breakfast hours. The rooms did not have air-con, so it was rather warm inside.

The hotel was simply amazing. Great and rich breakfasts and we partially used the half board, which completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a wonderful wellness area, the absolute TOP is the rooftop pool, which we used in the morning before skiing and in the evening after the sauna.

In the room we had an older TV without the ability to log in to smart services.

Service was great and unbelievably friendly, made all of our wishes come true and went beyond to what we had expected! Room was great, very clean, bathrobes, towels, Rituals shampoo and soap where there to use, rainbow shower, mattress exceptionally comfortable, ambient lights in the room which made the evenings cozy, comfortable and romantic. The food was honestly 12/10 - fresh, wide variety, healthy, veggie options, fantastic bread, portions were great. Dining room(s) very nicely decorated, tables are big enough to sit and eat comfortably, service was very attentive but never too much, always answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing I wish the property would offer is at least one vegan main course when it comes to dinner.

Everything was very nice. We stayed with the dog and it was not a problem. Althought we had a balcony, but it was connected with 2 other rooms so you need to watch your dog. Dogs are not allowed to the hotel brakfast, but he can be with you if you sit outside. Staff was very nice and helpfull. I like the fact that this hotel is not wanting you to pay for every little think like in other hotels in this category. The pool and spa are was spectacular and the pool itself with the view and the bar is one of the best I've ever visited. Totally worth it. I also liked the rituals cosmetics in the room.

I missed the conditioner in the room and the pillows were not comfortable, room was very small, but we got used to it.

What a treat - this place was just amazing. Loved the small balcony and view. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable and the shower + rituals shampoo/lotion were just wonderful. I stayed with my sister and we totally loved the rooftop pool, lounges with this spectacular view. The food and drinks here are pricey but well worth it. The breakfast was also most enjoyable with a huge offering on breads, pastries, cold cuts, you-name-it. In addition the sitting area was also very comfy and you have the same table for the duration of your stay. The staff is also stellar in every way. I will most definitely be back!

Begrudgingly I would say if I had to pick 1 dislike then it would be the size of the room we had. It felt a teeny bit crammed around the bed. I loved everything about it except it could have been a little more "lofty" around the bed :)

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff , facilities and lovely food. The roof top pool was lovely for getting out of the heat. Hotel smelt really nice. Great location in the centre of town.

Room cleaning needed to be a bit more thorough

Location was very good, nice room of good size (only minus was that it was facing the stairs to the pool and thus you had to stay with curtains closed most of the time), very good breakfast, free private parking, slippers for the pool provided free of charge.

Great location, very comfortable modern interior with traditional elements. Friendly staff and great breakfast!

The spa facilities were far too busy and the chill out zone was often full of people talking and having telephone conversations!
