As an American family traveling through Austria, I can say that this hotel is fantastic. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the rooms were a good size larger than most European hotel rooms. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants, and just a couple blocks from the Planai gondola. My only warning about the city of Schladming is that it’s difficult to find anywhere to do your laundry. There’s one tiny laundromat, with inconvenient hours, and it’s expensive.

Very nice and helpful service, especially the lady at the reception. Spacious underground garage & ski/bicycle room, connected by elevator to the residential part. Location near the lower cable car station approx. 300 m. 50 m from SPAR and shops & sports rentals. Walking distance to the center of the village. Minus: in our room, which was probably part of a larger studio but rented separately, there was not even a kettle, not even a coffee machine. In places like Aparthotel this is rather standard equipment.

The aparthotel is very modern, neat and nicely decorated. All facilities are easily accessible by using the cards provided by the hotel. The ski lift is maybe a 100 meters away, a few minutes walking distance. The staff is very kind and pleasant, cheerful, always happy to help. Relaxing in the spa after a day of skiing just helps you recover better for the next day, the saunas are also very nice with a view of the city and the ski pistes. Breakfast was also exceptional, buffet style, serving all kinds of typical breakfast meals, something for everyone. I would definitely recommend it, and will visit it again for sure.

My only complaint is that the spa is only open from 3pm to 7pm, so you really have to rush to it after skiing to have some time to relax.

Very beautiful mountain and town view from the balcony! Glad we bought a take-away pizza nearby and had dinner in the balcony with the breeze, very comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent.

None. Just the weather in Jun this year was really hot but there is no air conditioning (already knew before booking). The room will get cooler after 11pm.

Central location in Schladming.

It was really hard to sleep at night because the duvet was extremely heavy (winter weight) and there was no fan in the room. I asked at the front desk if they had a fan and they said no. In the summer when the weather is warm, having a heavy duvet on the bed with no fan makes for a very stuffy, overly-hot room and it's hard to sleep.  Also, since there's no door on the bathroom, when my husband and I took showers before going to bed the steam from the shower made the bedroom even hotter. We couldn't leave the window open because noise from the outside woke us up in the morning, so all in all we didn't sleep that well.

The hotel located just a few minutes walk to the city center and Planai gondola. Very modern and tasteful design. The rooms was connected and very well equipped. Super nice, friendly and helpful hotel staff (personal thanks to Ute that running this place). The view from upper terrace is just fabulous. There are several shops around the building.

Very new and modern building, amazing location, you only have to walk a few minutes to the planai ski lift, and there are several shops (and a ski rental) around the building. The town center was also really close. The lady at the reception was really kind and helpful. We liked the view from the sauna and from the relax room. The breakfast was really delicious. The equipment and the ski storage room was perfect.

The only thing we were disappointed about was that we stayed in the apartment for a whole week and there was no cleaning during that time, only for an extra charge.

Very nice and modern appartment with all equipment, very kind personnel, good location close to Schladming city center, suppermaket, pool and childs playground. We appreciated garage and Dachstein sommercard.

We would appreciated better view but the advantage was relatively cool for sleeping instead.

We enjoyed the location, found the apartment fully equipped and comfortable, appreciated the service, and thought everything was very clean. The breakfast was good, and Ute and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfasts, although tasty, should be more various, during a week of holiday everyday in the morning, except sweets, there were the same items, i would recommemd to change this: any pancakes or sausages should be included in the following days.
