My wife and I checked in Monday night July 7th and checked out Wednesday July 9th. At first our stay did not start out well because the TV wasn't working in 401. Fannie did an excellent job and gave us another room in 305 (our 3rd room). The TV wasn't working either. The next day the maintenance technician figured out the problem and repaired all the TVs that were not working in the upper level of the hotel. During checkout I mentioned my frustration and Herr Peter was very understanding and gave us a discount for the troubles. Because of his professionalism I highly recommend JUFA hotel. I like how Herr Peter spoke kindly and handled my stress with care. What is important,, JUFA hotel is very clean, organized and has a wonderful lobby for the children, outdoor seating, and a nice restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town. . We will come back 🤗👍

No small refregerator in the room.

The bed is comfortable with firm mattress for back support. Room was clean. Shower area was big. The hotel gave free summer cards and free parking on Sunday in front of the hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice, they also had happy hour on the drinks. Location is very nice, 2 mins walk to Cable car and city center.

Curtains were not sun blocking. There was no Kettle provided in the room for hot water. Breakfast was average, no fresh coffee or juice. Only filter coffee was there and I had to pay separately for Latte.

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the gondola lifts but also bars and restaurants, which was amazing. Hotel is easy going one, what we actually liked a lot, since the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it was full of young people but also families with the children (so suitable for everyone). Regarding the room, I would say that there is such a good value for money, since the room was cosy, clean, comfortable and cute. Honestly, we would truly recommend it and will come back again for sure. Btw, there is a parking in front of it, which is also important.

The location is excellent, is in the centre of the station with all other interests (bars, restaurants, rental bike/equipment for ski. Breakfast was various and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Room we had a little problem but the reception solved it really fast. We enjoyed our trip to Jufa Hotel Schladming in autumn session.

Very good food, rich breakfast, fine dinner. Fine atmosphere in the hotel, very good staff. Good bedding. Excellent location! Very good experience and quality of facilities for a given price.

The bathroom could have more shelves, especially in rooms adjusted for families. Soap containers are not practical nor hygienic, nor easy to use. It could be fine to have electric kettle in the room for preparing tea after skiing to warm up:)

Breakfast and dinner were served on a buffet, loads of choice for dinner: soup, salad, starter, 3 main courses to choose from, dessert incl ice cream & cake, cheese Breakfast: loads of rolls / bread / pastries, cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad, cooked sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, boiled eggs, coffee, juices, cold meats & cheese, jams / honey / spreads

Excellent location close to the Planai ski lift. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Whole hotel was always kept clean and the buffet breakfasts and evening meals were wonderful.

A family room was quite small for the four of us. If you do book make sure you're a small family, or you get on very well with each other!!

The ideal location of the hotel for skiing and accessibility to the center with comprehensive services. If you accept the fact that sometimes the housing will be together with the stay of groups of young people - it is ideal for you.

It can sometimes be problematic to stay together with groups of teenagers, but if you accept this fact, it can be okay for you too.

We returned to Jufa Schladming for the good location, welcoming staff and diverse breakfast options. This year we also had the dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It was a buffet with many delicious options.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took time to find out exactly what we wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The quality and range of food was excellent, which suited our 3 hungry boys after a day skiing. We had a great room with a view into the heart of the town. A great stay, and we will be back.
