Perfect location as everyday starting point of hiking trips around the region (bus stop 1 minute away). Much bigger room as usually in a hotel. Hotel personel very nice and friendly. I felt welcomed there. Breakfast was amazing - good options to choose and never run out of food, even if you showed up closer to the breakfast time end. I definitely suggest to book also the dinner - outstanding and delicious and different every evening. Additional plus points for desserts and big thank you to all restaurant personel. It was not just about the food but the whole attitude and care they showed. Hotel offers also Sommercard which is really useful to move around and see places. At any chance i will recommend TUI BLUE Schladming and also hope to return there some time in the future.

No so many options but more than you expect from a four star hotel. Honestly, exceeded our expectations. You can't beat the location even if you try. Right across the street from the ski lifts with all the restaurants and supermarket around you

Only one pillow per person and very thin, caused me neck pain, but everything else went perfect! The location, the service, cleanliness, quality of food. hotel design and furniture..

The stuff was very pleasing, the breakfasts and the dinners were delicate, the spa terrace was very nice with the view. The Planai station and Spar are a minute from the hotel. You can go from the parking (underground) to the room directly by the elevator. We enjoyed it very much!

The "bathroom" was in the room what was a little bit strange. I would prefer some variation at the breakfast (sweet pastry) and some magazines in English as well :)

Perfect location, close to bus terminal, stores, restaurants and Planai gondola. Spacious room, clean and confortable. Diverse offer for breakfast- good and fresh. Friendly, professional staff at reception desk - transfer to train station very appreciated.

No fridge in fhe room. The towels were not changed during our stay. Maybe because we didn’t left them on the floor, however we needed them changed at least once during our 5 days stay.

We love the breakfast here and if youre lucky enough to stay for the evening meal thats great too. Perfect location even though we didn't ski. Our room was great perfect for the two of us.

Honestly I can't think of anything we didn't like. The staff are excellent, the food is great. Perfect location and we even had snow!

Spotlessly clean (thank you Housekeeping) restaurant & bar team were lovely, ski room was excellent. Location couldn’t be better for access to the lift. Lovely location to explore Schladming.

We had an excellent stay so just a couple of tiny things - a kettle in the room would have been nice. Also we didn’t reserve a parking space before we arrived so had to park across the road in the public car park (not a complaint - just for info for anyone reading this review and wanting to book the hotel!)

The location was fantastic, right by the ski lift/bike lift. The room was exceptionally quiet also. I thought the outdoor sauna was fabulous and also the relaxation room which overlooked the mountain and road. Really cool. Dinner and breakfast were great, and you could boil your own egg, which was something a bit different.

I would have liked the room to have been a better layout. The sink was in the room, and the shower was a cubicle in the room also. I like privacy whilst getting ready, and there was none. Also, a balcony would go a long way but I don't think any of the rooms had one.

Hotel is on a very nice location, close to everything, its very well kept, good option to stay for few days. Breakfast has a lot of choice, very delicious.

There is no option in the room for any kind of cooling - no ventilator or ac. Due to very loud people outside we couldn't have windows open. Also check out is 10.30 but cleaning stuff started knocking on our door an hour before, being very annoyed that we didn't leave yet.

Wonderful comfortable hotel in prime position opposite the Planai cable car station. Room had lots of storage space. Loads of choice at breakfast, lots of staff clearing up and refilling so breakfast never got chaotic. You get the Schladming summer card for free which gives access to the cable car, what a great bonus! The taxi to the railway station was also free.

Nothing to dislike!

Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire property. Saunas were great. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Location - directly across from Planai, terrific. Hotel provided a taxi to Banhof at the end of my stay - and the staff overall were so incredibly kind and helpful! Cannot recommend enough. If I’m ever back at Schladming I will not hesitate to stay here again.
