The location, the view, a big hotel with various options, and the view outside of the restaurant are just amazing. Once I reached the place to park the car, my key was stuck on the reception wall, but I arrived a bit late and outside of their working hours. The restaurant guys were very helpful in navigation. The room is suitable for one person and includes all necessaryall necessary amenities. The parking is excellent. The bathroom is clean and excellent. The views from the hotel is amazing. I had a breakfast, which is a good one for the price.

There is nothing.

We got room 512 – you could say it’s practically new. Inside, it has everything you’d expect from a small apartment. The hotel is located in the central part of the town, and they provide a tourist card for the day, which allows you to take the lift up to several peaks in the area – a really nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

The only downside is the single sliding door for both the shower and toilet (probably designed to save space, but it offers no soundproofing or privacy).

Everything was GREAT. We were traveling through 3 different countries on the same day as we were going to check in which meant we were going to check in between 17-18. We got the info that there is no "working reception" after 15 but that would not be a problem for us to check in. But as we approached I called and they told me there would be someone there to meet us so we were so thankful that they actually wanted to greet us in person even if they didn't need it. Everything was great, the room, the breaksfast. But the best thing was the bed and the pillows. I have never slept so good at a hotel. THANK YOU

Cosy room, comfortable beds, everything was very clean. There are two big parking lots available, so you can choose where to park. Kind staff. Beautiful view from the hotel as it stands on the hill, charming restautant outside with the view to the town and ski slopes. Cca. 5-minute drive to the town centre. If you arrive after 5 pm (the reception desk closes at 5), let them know, so you will get the instructions about getting the key.

The best part of the hotel is the staff, they are always smiling, cultured, friendly and helpful. All my compliments to the staff. The breakfast is quite good, the breakfast area is very nice with a view of the mountains and ski slopes. The only thing missing is bottles with natural water and sparkling water, my recommendation is to put them for breakfast. Excellent view of Schladming from the hotel.

Nice view from the balcony at Schladming . Excellent breakfast, with multiple choices. The restaurant area looks really nice and modern. Helpful and attentive staff. Sommercards very useful. 👍

The toilet in the rooms is not actually in the bathroom, but separately. Not so convenient and hygienic when you have to wash your hands after... A tea boiler (and some tea bags) would be nice.

Location and overall first impression were great, After hours check-in also very easy. Great breakfast selection and staff were nice and polite.

Coffee wasn’t provided with coffee machine, very unlikely someone will travel with a couple of exact coffee pods Also no iron in the room, had to ask staff member, but before they managed to find one, we had to leave for our travel

The hotel is very cozy and welcoming, with an amazing view from the window that makes you want to stay longer. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and varied, same as dinner. There’s also a fantastic bar on site - perfect for unwinding after a full day in the mountains. Highly recommend!

pretty new, equipped

it’s a kitchenette appartment, but no kitchen towels, dishwasher - no tablets, coffeemachine - no capsules, bathroom - only soap. it would have been nicer - should they say beforehand that they are equipped but do not provide any supplies for the equipment basically it’s too far for the planai. 25min up the hill along the road with super small pedestrian way. with skis/boots/helmets looks impossible. bus goes every hour, till 17 approx.

Hotel in a beautiful location in Schladming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was noticeable that the room furnishings were older, but that didn't matter so much. The staff was friendly and parking right next to the hotel was convenient. Breakfast was great.
