Modern and well-fitted apartment consisting of 1 room combined with a kitchen. The kitchen had a stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave oven and a small dining table. Picturesque view of Planai slopes right from the window. Location - 2-minute drive to the downtown or couple of stops from a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex. Spacious and separate bathroom and shower rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. Stable WiFi internet.

Room size was rather small for a family of three. Room service never came around to perform at least a cursory clean-up during our stay. Expensive breakfasts (although these were optional). Stovetop was extreeeemely weak: it took us over half-hour to boil a small pot of water. It would be nice if a thermostat was available to regulate room temperature instead of manual valves. Also, it'd come in handy if there was a room to store and dry skiing equipment.

There were some things but stuff immediately fixed it all (I’d suggest some bathroom cleaning equipment when people stay for many days. I think some stuff have to be there and don’t have to ask for everything. That’s all :)

The view from the apartmant was excellent and the room was cosy and clean. They had a wide and quality selection of breakfast options.

We have booked the apartmant with breakfast, when we went to have it, they claimed that our apartman number is not on the list and tried to charge it. Afterwise, we could clear out the situation, however they did not even apologise and the waiter was rude.

Nice accommodation, interiors were new and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast tasty, wide choice. Dog-friendly, easy access to walking paths. Good options for on-site parking.

Kitchenette equipment somewhat limited, e.g. no wine glasses.

It is a very smart designed new apartment, cozy with a lot of wood.

Sound isolation between the apartments is unbelievably bad. You can her a normal talking of a neighbor.

Excellent apartment hotel located 1 km from the city center and skiing lifts. 30 meters away from the property there is a bus stop where local bus connects with the city center once every hour. Our apartment had kitchenette, spacious sleeping room, bathroom and entry room. Everything was nicely designed and comfortable. Next to the apartment outside there is a private sitting area with table and bench with opening nice views to mountains and landscape. Parking lot for our car was 50 meters away. In 15 meters from our apartment there is childrens playground which was well apreciated by our 10 year old daughter. Everything in the apartment and the property is well thought through, safe, calm and planned taking best visitors interests into account. The staff was very quick to respond to our questions and any requests during our stay which created nice atmosphere and allowed us to enjoy our skiing holliday. We plan coming back for skiing to Schaldming again next year and plan staying in the same apartment hotel.

flexible staff (we were allowed to leave our bags in the studio till midday on the day of departure), good communication, prompt cleaning, tasty breakfast with good selection (even soya milk and gluten free bread), a very practical & modern studio big enough for three adults, good location - very convenient for the town center and Planai & Planai west but even Reiteralm is only 7 min drive away, Nespresso capsules coffee machine & dishwasher available in the studio, ample parking

the wooden ski rack/box outside the studio could be lockable to keep your skis safe outside, but there is also some space in the entrance hall to store them
