Schladming is a darling village town with many amenities for skiing. The hotel was conveniently located at a ski bus stop and ran several times during the day. If you want to be in the heart of the village this isn't your spot. If you want a gorgeous view of the village and resort you have come to the right place. It is a 10-minute walk to all the action and restaurants or $15 taxi each way. We would walk into town and taxi back. So many great dining options just be sure you have a reservation. Room is modern and beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and in room sauna was perfect. Lots of room for ski gear plus room to relax. We had 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on 2nd floor. Melani at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with anything you need for the hotel and the city. Plenty of ski options for all levels, but I suggest finding a guide your first day to understand all of the lift connections and easy to hard run navigation. We found a local guide the 2nd day and it made all the difference.

Outside the city but with great view. Clean ,modern, good hot water pressure, two bathrooms, private parking and of course a sweet swimming pool that is open everyday until 21:00. We had allot of fun and would recommend and come again although this apartment was pricey.

There was no oven so if you put a built-in microwave you could put combined micro-oven for a little extra cost. Small fridge for a whole family for a long stay. All the AC's were dripping and making funny noises at night. No light in the balcony so dinner was with candle lights (which was actually cool and romantic).

Beautiful new apartment with private sauna, two bathrooms and balcony facing the valley - really great. Walking distance to the city and the facilities in the building (underground parking, ski-room) were just additional bonuses to the overall extraordinary experience.

The floors in the apartment could have been cleaner (especially under the dining table or in corners...the dining table was not cleaned - but nothing dramatic given how new the apartment is. Adding soap and dishwashing liquid (plus more tablets for the dishwasher - at least one per day of stay) would be nice.

Appartment was beautiful. Perfectly equipped with dishes and other things needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed also the pool with the beautiful view on the mountains. Each room had a nice balcony with the same view… great for relaxation after a bike trip. Good quality of beds👍

You only have one towel for your stay each. I would expect a better quality of towels. Don’t forget to bring your own pool towels, shower gels and shampoo for your bathroom. Fortunately, I read reviews which informed me and I was prepared😉.

Very friendly and informative welcome when we arrived. Beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The apartment was very well equipped.

A little far from ski slopes. We didn’t have transport so had to walk everywhere. It wasn’t too far away from the city centre, a 10 minute walk. Would keep this in mind when planning. I think it would be ideal if you had a car.

It was lovely and modern and the views from the balcony were stunning - the pool was great and the gym well equipped. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was hot when we were there and our apartment didn’t have air conditioning - but there are apartments with ac so we should have made sure we had it.

It is, without question one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. the private sauna was amazing and very convenient after skiing the whole day.

i understood everything from message about self check in from the booking website, we picked up our cards without problem, but when we came to our room it was very cold and the heater started to work the next morning. I tried to call number that was provided in the previously mentioned chat and no one answered.You cannot take skiing shoes with you to the hotel room, which is understandable, but the shoes were totally wet even after two days in ski room we tried switching to other heaters which was also unhelpful. we wanted to complain at the reception but for the whole stay the reception was closed and once again no one answered when we called. I would definitely recommend the hotel because overall we had very nice time and enjoyed the room so much but the service wasn’t good.

The garage parking is big enough and clean. The building is new and clean. Interior is great and each room in our apartment had it's own bathroom which we though was fantastic. We couldn't hear neighbours so that's a good sign too. Nice view over Schladming

All in all great. Nothing to point out that was bad. If i want to be really picky i'd ask to have a person at least come in a empty the bins in the kitchen and replace dishwasher tabs whilst the guests are out skiing. But that's really just picking out minor things.
