The service and attention given by the staff members were beyond nice. The girls were super helpful and polite. The location is also a win, since it's not only very close to Hallstatt and the access to Dachstein, but its right next to a river in a really nice quite area of Obertraun. The common areas and the rooms were nice and tidy. Great and complete breakfast. We will definitely come back. Both Obertraun and Hallstatt are dreamy!

Everything was great. The four-person rooms and private bathrooms were smaller than expected, but still comfortable, functional and super clean. The Parking can also be crowded at night and can be hard to find a spot if you arrive late at night, but still wouldn't hold me back from returning to this wonderful place.

Easy to find, friendly staff, good breakfast (but only from 8-9am), excellent location near Hallstatt and Dachstein, comfy beds. Nice little community areas to hang out or eat. Free parking.

The door handle to our room was loose. Front desk said they had been waiting 1 month for repair. Hand soap and shampoo was empty and front desk was empty by the time we noticed and tried to request more.

Location is good as the river so near and easy to access. The greenery, surrounding mountains and quiet environment was worth every bit of the stay.

Breakfast can have more variety from one day to another. Also, the items need to be replenished better for availability of everything for all the guests.

Rooms, breakfast, location etc. were quite good. Very good river view from the property as well. Right opposite to the hotel there is synthetic running track, so fitness is also taken care of. :)

There is no wi-fi available in rooms. Its only in lobby and public places. That's kind of bummer.

The accommodation is right in front of the bus station. We were accommodated in a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was clean.

There was no internet (wifi) access, which was a downer. Additionally, the staff was available at the desk only for very limited duration (perhaps we were just there in a not-so-touristy period). Hence, the only means of communication with them was messaging, since nobody was at the desk to receive calls.

Perfect view, very nice location with a bus station in front of the hotel (near the ice caves), clean rooms and the breakfast was well worth it. Also very near Hallstat ( approx 5 km).

There is no super market or a restaurant very near the hotel l, but on general the whole area is like this. Perhaps this is the magic about it :)

location is good. Beautiful mountain view. Very helpful staff/reception. They helped to store our luggage after we checked out.

There is a smell in our room at first, we had to keep the windows open for a while to get rid of it. Breakfast' choices were limited.

Nothing as such but may be little more options like omelette and fresh juice, chocoflakes in the breakfast would be a great addition. The boiled eggs served were kind of half boiled.

Location. Staff (reception and kitchen) were very helpful and friendly. Very kid friendly place. It was a very comfortable hostel stay. We will be back again!

The check in timings (4.30) are quite late.

price/value ratio was excellent. You get what you pay for, but nothing less. Everything was in working order, clean and functional.
