The check in process is a bit difficult if you don't have internet. The employee gives directions by phone to enter the house. Chech in could be easier if the check-in password is shared by booking.com

The kitchen needs updating and it wouldn’t hurt to have some minimal tea and coffee supplied, also some shampoo/shower gel.

Nice location near town, clean apartment,ample parking space..

Difficult to locate at first attempt since there are no signboard or nameplate visible from busy road..owner should try to arrange for this or atleast add image of adjacent small church like structure in his photos so that visitor can locate the street in which they have to take turn

The water pressure was not strong. The shower head didn't work well.

This location is unbeatable in Hallstatt, especially because it comes with a parking spot. The apartment is the the full 2nd floor and below is another apartment. The check in was easy as you call the owner and they will walk you through the parking, entrance, and will talk you through Wifi, amenities, etc. There are multiple blankets, pillows, and other comforts available. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the grocery store and the main bus drop-off, meaning it is a little protected from the noise and tourists. It is about a 15 - 20 minute stroll from the "Hallstatt overlook" photo spot but the walk is beautiful. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and playing cards/having wine. All that is needed to make a simple dinner or breakfast is there in the kitchen. There was coffee left over from a previous tenant but would be good to bring your own ground coffee if that's a requirement for you in the morning. A reusable filter basket is available for use.

The apartment is both spacious and beautifully decorated, with an interior that matches the photos provided by the owner.

The lighting feels quite dim overall, possibly because we're accustomed to the brighter environment back in our hometown in Hong Kong. Additionally, we lived on the second floor, which made it quite tiring to carry our luggage upstairs.

Nice and spacious apartment 👌 Close to the city centre. Well maintained and furnished rooms; it has a balcony with a view to the alps mountains. It has an all equipped kitchen, and we could use it. The lady on call was very helpful. After the checkout, we wanted to park our car for several hours, and she was so kind to allow it.

Everything. The location was perfect, a bit away of the tourist area and with a nice mountain view. The host was really nice and the check-in was done easily on the phone. It has parking. A small set with basic cleaning products was provided.

I missed a container to do the recycling or indications on where to find one. We walked around the area and couldn’t find any.

Loved this place, family of 4 and lots of space... so clean and modern and loved the baloney to relax in evening time, very close to centre, enjoyed everything about it and host was very nice and helpful, would love to return.

Beds a little hard. Small steps between rooms could cause some issues. No lift. One of our party would have liked more mirrors.
