It was clean. The staff was absolutely professional and supportive. The breakfasts and dinners were on the top level. We really enjoyed our stay in hotel

The spa was opened from 2pm only till 8 pm. It should be be from early in the morning it was definitely too short for the this hotel price and against the filozofii of the relaxing and recovering place when you can not take sauna or outside jacuzzi when you want being limited to few hours only so it was too crowded when it was finally opened

This was our second time here and the welcome drink at this time in the garden was a very postive and joyfull surprise. :) The breakfast and dinner was very delicius. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent wellness area with lovely refreshments. Very friendly and helpfull staff, with great ideas for trekking tour. Many thanks! There were two things, like the dogs...the hotel is dedicated to "Adults, only", therefore we really could not understand the dogs barking from the rooms below us. The other unlike thing was the big hurry during the dinner. Both days, the waiters served the dinner on the run, mostly without eye contact, they put it on the table the meal and ran on. A few yeras ago, when we were there for the first time, the dinner took place in much calmer, friendlier circumstances.

Great location. Amazing breakfast and food in general. Every single member of the staff delivers perfect service. This is challenging and a great achievement. Respect. The room was nice and most importantly quiet. The view to the Loser is wonderful. I’m not the Spa type so I didn’t use it a lot but it’s nice, it was not overcrowded and the teabar plus nuts and dry fruit is welcomed. I would have appreciated a higher water temperature in the pools but that’s minor. It was warm enough to feel good inside. The golf course is around the corner and next to the hotel. I’m not an expert but the course looked rather mediocre to me and just as much maintained as necessary. But that’s not part of the hotel and not their responsibility. I will definitely come back again.

Everything. Gorgeous location looking at the glaciar. Lots of great activities. Loved the sunset hike. Totally worth it.

There was one lady in the reception that was super rude, always complaining and complicating everything. The checked us out. Total contrast with a gentleman who was amazingly nice and tried his best to help us.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. Everything was perfect, but the real standouts were the staff and the food. The team was so friendly and helpful, making us feel completely at home. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious.

The water temperature in the shower was a bit inconsistent, but it was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Our stay in Die Wasnerin Hotel exceeded our expectations starting with a warm welcome, lovely and professional staff specially Ms. Sabrina in the front desk, amazing room view, very good breakfast buffet, very special dinner and excellent facilities. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for those who love nature and relaxation.

The only issue is you have to have your own car to get to the nearest supermarket.

Our stay in Die Wasnerin exceeded my expectations. Started with welcome drinks in a beautiful lounge and lovely staff. Room view is amazing, spa and wellness area very nice (don't miss to book a massage, there are many offers for each taste), breakfast and dinner left us speechless, bar and library area are super cozy and elegant at the same time. The hotel has a gym as well, and great offers for yoga classes (just make sure to book in advance). I totally recommend taking a private yoga class ( guided by a lovely teacher Doris). *As we stayed during Easter, we even got Easter lunch and very special buffet dinner. We will be back for sure!:)

Great location. Very comfortable for hiking or biking in the region. Rooms are not air-conditioned in today’s climate change this might be a problem.

There was not enough light in the room. Probably good for Honeymoon but definitely too dark for boardgames.

Food, facilities and Adults only spa area where you enjoyed the facilities naked. The service was very good and unobtrusive. The food choices were very good and the sommelier was very helpful.
