Cleanliness of all locations. Everyone spoke English and they were courteous and professional. The food was much better than the previous time I stayed there and the waitresses were very helpful with making my selection by explaining how the food was prepared.

The lounge chairs by the pool are far too low and both difficult and unsafe to get in and out. I am 81 years old but I observed many 65+ senior citizens who had difficulty also. One had assistance getting down and up/out. There were a few higher chairs but were all fully occupied. The room was very nice but the water from the shower flowed into the other floor and did not drain and a towel had to be used to absorb the water and allow me to stand and brush my teeth etc. Two pillows were almost flat and unusable as pillows. When checking out, I told the receptionist and she made a note in the computer for future reference and hopefully this will resolve the problem. Thanks

Cleanliness and professional courtesy of employees, especially in checking in and out. Employees in exercise facilities were very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was very good in restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Parking was good and not too far to walk.

The key to the room was the watch and I was given a small envelope with a digital code and I thought this was the key and was never explained to me the watch was the key. I returned to the front desk and the lady explained and this solved the problem. The restaurant did not serve bread initially as this is customarily in most restaurants when seated for the evening meal. I asked for the bread and they brought it to me and charged me a small fee which I did not object to paying.

An ideal location for a weekend getaway or vacation. Incredible mountain views, a spacious and comfortable room, and a truly excellent spa. The panoramic windows in the saunas are an additional significant advantage for me.

However, the prices in the restaurant do not match the quality of the dishes and service. But perhaps I was just disappointed with my dessert.

The hotel is in a very beautiful place with view of the Dachstein Glacier. The room was spacious and had a door into the garden. At night the stars could be watched perfectly. The breakfast was very good. The Gym on the top floor of the hotel is well equipped and gives a spectacular view of the mountains.

We wanted to rent E-Bikes but they were all booked. However, our trip to Grundlsee and Toplitzsee with two Mountainbikes rented at the reception was no problem because there is only one steep road down to Bad Aussee.

the salt pool in the morning between 8 and 9 was unfortunately closed (first time since years) on all days this week which is the time when people who stay at the hotel are without all normal guests from outside which makes it a very safe property - in particular during covid-19 -swimming outside is essential for me

Coming back every year! Spa area, the hotel rooms and breakfast are just WOW Location - cannot get better!

A little more efforts could be put on cleanliness The sauna area could be also more controlled in terms of noisy people and opening emergency doors for airing the area

- Great breakfast on offer. Loved the option to order warm eggs of any kind, on every morning. A wide selection of bread rolls, drinks and some pastries to choose from to kickstart the day :) - Very good and spacious room, exactly as per the description when booking and what we had hoped for. Our room was on the ground floor but had an amazing view of the mountains when we went outside - it made watching the fireworks on NYE memorable! Bed was big, comfy and soft. - Well located between Hallstatt, Altaussee and the Five Fingers lookout, all within 30mins drive!

- Although we only went 1 day from the 4 we stayed at the hotel, we found it too busy with it also being opened to the general public. There is 1hr (possibly from 8am-9am) or even before 9am only for the hotel guests but breakfast was our #1 priority…Of course, this was no surprise to us but we would’ve liked to have more “comfort” and exclusivity by staying at a 4 star hotel with less people, also during Covid-19 situation with the sauna, steam rooms and so on - that’s all.

Everything was excellent! We liked the most the free access to the pools/spa area (unbelievable selection of heated pools, both outside and inside), the free parking, the very big room, and the breakfast.
