We have booked this as a last minute stay for one night after we have been let down by another property. The place was great. It has an outdoor space and play area for children, we could borrow table tennis. The room had bunk beds but we didn't mind as all else was fine. They had an option of buffet style dinner which we took up and were not disappointed, food was delicious. We had breakfast included which was also great. Plenty of parking available. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I appreciated the breakfast included in the price, which offered a nice variety of options each morning. The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, which made our stay more enjoyable, we requested extra pillows. The location was also convenient but we have not walked around as it was 1 night stopover to continue drive. Also provided parking helped a lot.

The room was quite tiny, making it feel cramped, especially with our luggage. The squeaky wooden floors were particularly bothersome, as I had to tiptoe at night to avoid waking my partner, who is a light sleeper. Additionally, having to navigate stairs with our suitcases was inconvenient and added unnecessary effort to our arrival and departure.

You have everything here, what you need if you go out for hiking, skiing or walking during the day. Great breakfast and dinner, and a nice "lounge" are with huge windows. You can even ask for coffe, drinks and snacks there. The people who work there were really nice and helpful too. The rooms are small, but comfortable. Only a tiny fridge would be great.

This place really exceeded our expectations and it has been the perfect place to spend the winter holidays where we had a really restful stay. The location is very quiet, calm with a really nice view where you can relax for real. The rooms are cozy, super clean and the beds really comfortable. Also we had a lot of great amenities like pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, and sauna. The food buffet served in the restaurant was super tasty with enough variety for both breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to the whole staff, they have been super kind, helpful, perfectly speaking english and took care that we didn't miss anything. Also the party they organized for New Year was awesome, starting with the festive dinner, punch drinks around a bonfire, fire-torch hike, fire-works, goulash soup, and a late breakfast ... now that I recall all of these it has been really amazing :).

Room was clean and there were board games to borrow from the reception. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The billiard table is a plus and the view from the breakfast room was beautiful :-)

The personnel was very kind and friendly. The hotel was around 20 minutes driving from Tauplitz, so we chose it for a weekend stay on the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast, the dinner was tasty and the best part was definitely the sauna after a long day skiing. I got to mention a wonderful view from the window.

The only drawback might be that it's around 20 minutes walking from the town centre.

The location was perfect for local sightseeing. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the view from the breakfast room was outstanding

Perfect place in Austria. View around. Good room. Sometimes even too warm) pleasant staff. Tasty breakfast, fresh bread. Even sauna already in price , what was great as in winter after frosty walk or skiing sauna is perfect. Bar at the reception. There is parking. You can order dinner at restaurant. It is perfect for this price. Just mention water in the room are to be paid🙃.

In winter it was pretty hot it the room and little small entrance room(but it is my personal perception)

Great location to visit Totes Gebirge and Hallstatt. The hotel is quite big with enough parking space. Breakfast as well as dinner were great.

Loved this place! We arrived when it was raining, so we had a great surprise when we woke up and had a breakfast with such a beautiful view! Our room was clean and the place itself were so quiet, had the best sleep! Also the breakfast were good.
