First of all, the setting is wonderful, very quiet, very green, our kids could run freely without us worrying. The house is an all-wood house. It can get a bit noisy when walking but that wasn't a problem for us. Also the kitchen has all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher (lifesaver when traveling with kids).

We liked everything but some little improvements could be made like better pillows (they are from plastic and full of lumps and bumps, small and only one per person) or a more modern coffee machine (it's a filter coffee maker which we haven't seen in a long time and came prepared with coffee bullets for espresso machine).

The location is absolutely amazing. We wanted to take short hikes with our dog which was no problem here. Altausee is very close and is a marvelous lake to hike around and swim or paddle across. Would like to visit again maybe in the winter as well.

At first we were not sure why the fire places "randomly" starts during the day in the summer. We correctly guessed (and then checked with the reception that is mainly a water heater. Additionally, we kept finding groups of ants around the cabin.

The Lodge was very confortable and cozy! The area is attely beautiful. The personal is friendly and very kind. Till from the recepcion is so helpful. We ordered a breakfast which was fresh and delicious. Alex was help us with the mountain bikes, for renting and giving tips for routs. Was a great choice the Hagan Lodge to spend a several days there. We reserved already to the ski season too, because this place must be magic in winter!

Very helpful staff. Place nice and clean. Nice cozy beds and food bawls ready for our dogs upon arrival.

It is not we didn’t like only a thing to be considered for older people (we traveled with my parents - older people) there are bedrooms upstairs and toilet is downstairs so at night it can be a little challenge to walk the stairs when you are sleepy.

location superb - chalet really lovely and well equipped and clean. very comfortable and pretty

it would be useful to be able to park right by the chalet. you can drive right up to the chalets to unload and load the car but then have to park elsewhere (nearby)

Serene location in the mountains, very well equipped alpine type chalets built to high standards, nice mountain bike flow path close by, MTB hire and very friendly and helpful staff

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was large and comfortable, very well equipped. Quite location, but a bit out of main road, too far from bakeries and markets

Everything was in perfect shape and clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and great view. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The lodge was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you would need. We really enjoyed the sitting area outside, enjoying the magnificent mountain view. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect, the lodge was so clean and comfortable. I really recommend it for families or group of friends.
