Despite the issues, the nature and location were good, and the village itself was quite charming.
-I think the reception staff should be more informative about the facilities, details, and schedules. They should also be more talkative and friendly. It was the first time we weren't asked how our stay was. After a certain hour there was no reception at all. -Restaurant, pool, and spa facilities etc. could have had longer opening hours. -WiFi process was weird. Nobody informed us about it, and we had to ask. Eventually, someone brought us a piece of kind of top-secret WiFi credentials paper that we need additional for every single device.. -Rooms were kind of old, had tiny TVs, no air-conditioning, and no kettles, empty mini-bar, no snacks etc. The poor breakfast and other characteristics.. in general made it feel like this shouldn't have been a four-star hotel. We even had to pay to get some tea:) -Cleaning staff did not pay attention to the 'do not disturb' sign at all, which was confusing and disturbing. -Last but not least, why did we have to ask for slippers? These should already be provided in the room.
