We had a triple room with own bathroom and shared kitchen in the ground floor unit. Two other rooms were part of this unit, but I didn't meet any other guests. Everything was spotless clean. We had free coffee. Parking was free. Beautiful garden with an amazing view to the mountains and Bad Ischl.

At about 9 in the morning, the ladies started cleaning one room in the unit. It became quite loud from the vacuuming. Given the fact that the check out time was at 11:00, while the check in only at 16:00, I couldn't understand the rush. My family was still sleeping, they were woken up by the noise. Also, we found it quite intruding while having breakfast with them always crossing through the kitchen in a hurry.

Very clean and perfect for a family of 5. Great location close to the big lakes. Private parking. Great hospitality by the owners!

Quiet place. I deliberaty booked outside of the city, I wanted to walk. But this might not be for everybody, as to get to the centre you really need 20-30 min (on the way to the hotel uphill). The last day, after checkout, I could leave the car at the hotel until late afternoon. This was very convenient.

Nor really dislike, because I booked without breakfast. But if you prefer to have breakfast, let the landlord know one day in advance and you get food. I think given the fact the place is a bit far away from the centre, booking with breakfast/or arranging breafast upon arrival is better.

Clean room. Hosts live next door. AT the edge of town and so need a car to access. But greenery and views around the house were superb.

Beautiful large room, furnished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and great staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Stunning views and a great, quiet location. A delightful 10-15 minute walk to a local restaurant. Breakfast at the accommodation was excellent for €9, served with a smile. Great value for money. Good parking in the front courtyard and strong Wi-Fi.

This property has no faults

The rooms are big and clean. We have everything we need for a trip. No idea about the breakfast. But we are happy with the service of the the Aparthotel Pan Haus

Really roomy and clean, wonderful view, nice garden. Really good Italian place just ~1km down the road which is open late.

The bed sheets were very clean, the blankets a little smelly. Very likely were dried too slowly..

Very well equipped kitchen, coffee and tea free of charge. Good WiFi connection.
