The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with all the essential tools needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, and the reception is exceptionally welcoming. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The location offers easy parking and is conveniently close to shops, the train station, and the city center. Good to know: The apartment is located near the main road, so there is some noise outside the balcony of the apartment we stayed in (other balconies face the other way). However, the apartment remains peaceful when the windows are closed.

The landlord is super friendly; she picked us up from the train station when we arrived. We messaged her a few months before our arrival, and she said she would pick us up there. It was really helpful when traveling with large luggage. The house is nice and clean, and it is made of wood. The vibe during our stay was really comfortable, like being at home. Even just staying in our room was enjoyable and was a great part of our trip. The room had everything we needed, and we were truly satisfied with it.

There is no lift for large luggage. The house is next to the main road, which is a bit noisy.

I really liked the grandma at the hotel—she was very kind and friendly. When I told her that my room was quite noisy at night, she kindly arranged a better room for me. I especially loved the location and the balcony view.

The bathroom design is not very practical—there aren’t enough places to hang towels, and there’s no space to put toiletries. The fridge is quite noisy, and overall, the room has poor sound insulation.

The property was well located, had a nice breakfast and had a shared kitchen that guests could use in one of the buildings. Our room was sweet and had a mini-fridge which was very helpful.

The wifi did not work in our room and it would have been helpful to have a bigger introduction when we arrived at the property i.e with info about breakfast times, wifi, kitchen location and local attractions

The rooms are more or less like a business apartment where you'll get all the kitchen utensils, towels, blankets etc and the host was very welcoming humble old lady. You'll get a simple, good breakfast for 10euro OR you can cook your own food by buying the groceriesin nearbysupermarket. Although I went early, I was able to check in early, the owners were very helpful and warm. It has a very nice breakfast. It is 8 minutes walk to the train station, so I had no difficulty in transportation. Especially for those who want to visit Hallstatt, there is a bus every hour, the bus stop is also 8-10 minutes away on foot. If I come again, I would stay here again, the price is definitely very reasonable, thank you for everything.

it was like staying with a family, there was always someone who could answer our needs. we asked to extend our stay several times, their response was always positive and welcome. and they had tried to do their best to make it possible. the rooms were clean and equipped with whatever we needed (if something was missing, you could always get that from the owners) it was great to be there.

The property was very comfortable and clean. The beds were warm and cozy. The shared kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchen supplies, including a refrigerator and freezer. The staff members are very friendly and inviting, making you feel right at home.

The Sydler family is great, nice, helpful and caring. Breakfast is always delicious, near Hallstatt and other towns, nearby the train station, beautiful town, second time my wife and I visit Bad Goisern, came back for the experience and of course, both times we stayed at Sydler Pension.

You have to use car and there is not many other opportunities to visit some place with other kind of transports. However if you have a car, you can visit all great places around. Views take your breath out - perfect location.
