The reception staff was very welcoming, with a smile and a lot of patience, they explained carefully how everything works in the hotel from the garage to the breakfast and the SPA. The room was spacious, with all amenities you may need and extremely clean. The cleaning ladies, very lovely greet you with a smile and are all over cleaning all day, impressive. The SPA was wonderful, starting from the pool area to the sauna and steam bath, everything was perfect! I will for sure turn back again there.

The restaurant experience was not the best. Although I had reserved a place at 20 o'clock and I showed up at 19.55, someone has cancelled my reservation. That was rude! The menu had very few vegetarian or no vegan meals options.

Though the hotel is right in the middle of town, the layout is such that the rooms aren’t at all noisy with street sounds. I heard songbirds instead of cars. The staff are overall great, in particular the housekeeping and the front desk. I traveled by public transport and I really appreciated that they picked me up and dropped me off at the train station, and even accommodated me when my arriving train broke down and I couldn’t arrive at the scheduled time. I also booked a massage in the spa and they allowed me the same day to change the time. Super service. I selected half board and I would recommend it. It’s a comfortable way to try regional specialties. I’m a vegetarian and they had options to accommodate me without me having to ask for anything special. In particular, I enjoyed the homemade cakes at breakfast. You know you are on holiday when you are eating cake for breakfast. I really enjoy that you can have tea and especially fruit in the spa areas. Very nice touch!

Small things only. While the wellness facilities are indeed lovely, it could be that the hotel has too many rooms/guests for the capacity of those facilities. Whenever I tried to enjoy the pools, they were packed full. I even skipped dinner one time to try and go at a less busy time, and no go, still people there. Also, I was put in a room that had a connecting door to another room. I’m not sure if that was the reason, but the sound proofing between the rooms was nonexistent. Happily, my neighbors kept about the same hours as I did.

I like everything about the hotel: it is a beautiful boutique hotel with beautiful rooms with stunning views, clean rooms, amazing facilities from the roof and indoor pool, yoga room, and Sauna, and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I will come back again. WQe enjoyed every minute - I wish we could have stayed longer

The rooms did not have AC but we still enjoyed the breeze by keeping the balcony open.

It was all so beautiful from the room, the view, the pool and the village. Excellent breakfast. Quite the spread I must say. Very helpful staff. I even got picked up and taken back to the train station. The spa treatments were heavenly as were the pool and the saunas. Definitely another highlight of my 15 days traveling around Europe.

The hotel has old-world style and atmosphere, making it a very pleasant place to stay. Good parking, excellent spa, fantastic breakfast, amazing service from everyone. Location in the town centre with a park outside and a rooftop swimming pool.

The building has heating, but not air conditioning, so it can be a little hot sometimes. However, it's actually lovely to sleep with open windows.

Parking spaces are all very narrow. I parked between 2 poles but couldn't get out from my car. Then parked outside the garage. Location a bit difficult to find by GPS.

Location was great. The view from the bedroom is beautiful. Breakfast was great. Staff were so helpful and kind.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The restaurant should have a bit more variety of dishes but the food was delicious. There was not many restaurant around.

It was my first stay in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Rooftop indoor and outdoor pools with stunning mountains view. Spacious and clean room. Very good food and very nice staff. It was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay, book this hotel. It’s so comfortable and totally low key. There were many spaces in the hotel inside and outside to do what you want.
