the breakfast was amazing, please keep it up as this is very important when choosing which hotel to stay at. We loved that it was good quality food, lots of organic but could be even more. We loved the location too, beautiful scenery, lots of nice walks with our dog. the rooms are clean and modern. If i could suggest something, is that you should sell the shower gel/shampoo etc that you use in the hotel, the "Absolute Nordic" I wanted to buy some as i really liked them, but it w asn't available, and the website that sell them are not delivering to abroad.

the only bad thing about the room is the aircondition is not cold enough, it barely cooled down the room a bit. we had to leave the balcony door open as that was a bit better in the night. Also, our dog was very scared of the glass barrier that is on every floor around the atrium you can look down. he was scared as he could see the depth, and from then on, he would not pass it! we had to drag him in and out close to the wall, but this has left a big trauma in him, so unfortunatley we can't return because of this.

Nice and comfy hotel in a quiet area. The food was super nice. There are enough parking spaces in the garage, which is a big plus, including chargers for electric cars.

Although chargers for electric cars are available and not owned by the hotel, it would be very nice for the hotel to provide more details about who and how they operate, as well as some price info. Ultimately, I paid 0.69€ per kW for their charger, while fast chargers were cheaper when traveling.

A very nice hotel, modern look. Room size was great, and a nice surprise was the bathroom, the walls are made from glass, but you still have privacy because of the curtain. Great bed size, comy sheets and bed, realy clean hotel and room.

In the bathroom we didn’t have shower gel in the shower but I am sure that if I would have told them, they would brig some quickly (to tired to go to the reception and ask).

Great place, nice big clean rooms, modern concept with glass wall bathroom included in the bedroom, kids especially enjoyed that and coloured lightning 2+2 bedroom are actually connecting rooms which is highly appreciated nice choice of breakfast buffet (especially smoked salmon and home made spreads)

little detour from Linz but worth every km :) beds are little on a softer side for my comfort parking fee for a hotel this quality and proportions should be included in a room rate

I like the hotel design and comfortable room with all the facilities you need to Enjoy the stay:⁠-⁠) The room is clean and well designed with an aura Led and balcony for each room. Free in house parking is available . The cleaning service was perfect 😀 The reception staff were very nice 🙂 The breakfast menu was perfect and the staff very nice and dictated on the way to give you the feeling of home and good vibe😉 The hotel is located near Amazing places to visit.

Both the hotel and the room was excellent, it was clean and modern, I was amazed that I can control all the entries and doors from my mobile phone, and self checking was also super helpful considering that we've arrived during the night. The breakfast was also excellent and delicious, I also had one of my best showers ever here. We could consume from the minibar for free which I was also happy about. The snowy view was perfect as well. I recommend anyone to book a stay here.

I loved everything, the only thing I could mention is that I missed a shower gel holder in the bathroom, it was a bit uncomfortable to keep my shampoo and shower gel on the floor and pick it up from there while showering. Also I missed an exhaust fan from the bathroom to remove the smell I made 😅 Besides of those, I didn't find a way to turn on heating in the room, except of the bathroom heater, but still the room was warm enough.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating (we travelled with a toddler).

Hotels should spend more on light blocking curtains, instead of large TVs... Also, the bathroom was fine, but even in an accessible bathroom there could be a lid on the toilet. We also prefer bathrooms that give full privacy - as in have solid walls and properly closing doors.

Sauna is nice and very spacious, inside the room is quite cozy, in the corridor there a lot of space, we were provided with crib, in the restaurant there are some toys for kids, breakfast with some vegan options

Spider web in the corner of the room, no slippers provided, even though we were served with many kids staff, it is not family-oriented hotel for sure.

Nice, mordern, very comfortable hotel in nice area with easy access to the parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, the dog was welcome. The rooms are bright, beds are comfortable and sufficiently high, the bathroom is well places and equipped. With a pleasure, I have to point the quality of the breakfest out. Such large and tasty breakfest is not so common.

Very good modern hotel! We liked the design and environment! Everything is new and clean, also very good ratio of price/quality. The staff is polite. There are saunas in the hotel, but unfortunately, it closed earlier than we arrived. We liked the hotel very much.

We arrived around 22:30 and wanted to ask for a room at the reception. For us, it was strange, that the price directly in the hotel was higher than on the Booking platform. We expected the hotel would be more customer-oriented in this question and solve it on-site. We just got a similar answer from the receptionist as: "Yes, it is how it works in our hotel". So we booked the room from the booking platform at the reception. Strange.
