It is easy to find from the motorway and free public parking wasn't a problem. It's right on the river and only a 20 minute walk into the city centre. The breakfasts were lovely - something for everyone. We also had dinner there on the first night, which was nice although the dishes we had were a bit 'soupy', which was a surprise. However, they were very tasty and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room itself was nice; basically, just what you expect from a hotel room! Hot water was available at the reception all night with a vast selection of teas, and coffee (including decaff) is available from 6am to 9pm (I think). Some people complained about there not being a kettle in the room, but there's no need for one.

The weather hahaha! Nothing to dislike - we'll stay here again when we next visit Linz.

It's in an ideal location just off the motorway. A 25 minute stroll along the river (it would be lovely in summer - not so much fun in the rain!) takes you to the historical centre of Linz. Plenty of free parking around, although I suspect that depends on the time of year. There's a fabulous large terrace that overlooks the Danube, which would be a great place to sit in warmer weather. The staff at the hotel are SUPERB! Very friendly and super helpful. I cannot fault them. Although we booked a comfort room, which is the cheapest option, there is hot water and a wide selection of tea bags available near reception 24 hours, as well as coffee from 06:30-11:00 - and it's all free. The room itself was large enough (although the bathroom is a bit tight) and has all the amenities you might need. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely: there's something for everyone and you will not leave hungry. In fact, I doubt you could try everything on offer as the selection is that wide. I personally loved the sausages and the homemade fresh fruit salad.

Our only complaints are the noise from the motorway, the heat of the bedrooms (in March!), and the soundproofing in the rooms, none of which are the fault of the staff. The rooms are quite hot and the air conditioning was off (and I suspect it might be centrally controlled??), meaning you need to open the window to cool the room down. If you pack earplugs, it's fine. There's also the noise from other rooms, but I think that was more to do with the flooring as the rooms aren't carpeted. Again, earplugs sort this out. That being said, we would stay here again without a doubt.

The locality was very beautiful. The nice views to the river, floating ships. Very good position for walking and sporting. I used also the gym in the hotel. Of course the equipment there was limited. I would welcome at least one barbell and few weights which will be possible to put onto barbell. And I would welcome also the simple horizontal bar mounted somewhere to the wall.

The staff at the reception desk was very nice but I would welcome to speed up the preparation of the invoices. Of course first day when I accomodated in the hotel I left my business card at the desk to prevent all the mistakes during the preparation of invoice. Even I entered all the details about my business trip to the paper form which the staff gave me to fullfill. Despite this fact the invoice was incorrectly prepared for the next day and must be recorrected for three-times untill it was correct.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a mini-fridge was was great for the July heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only ate at the restaurant on one evening, but the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location. It's a five minute walk to a bus stop that will take you to the city centre. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely riverside path that goes along the Danube, as well as a bridge which leads to a nice path that runs a good distance through the town while being separated from traffic by trees, which was very peaceful in the morning.

The only downside I found was that it's a bit far away from the city centre. This was only an issue at night, when we needed to get a taxi back because the buses stop running after midnight until 5am. If you're driving, cycling, or don't mind spending about 15 euro to get back from the Hauptplatz, this is a non-issue.

Easy access, neat and clean rooms. Good quality food in the restaurant, great terrace, good wine selection.

The restaurant is overpriced, the male member of the restaurant staff is unfit for his job, rude to the guests. I would like to warn future guests that they should pay close attention to what they order, write it down exactly, because if this man is on duty, there is a risk of being cheated. For example, our 10 people ordered 5 servings of wiener snitzer and 11 were on the bill. And of course we still had to explain that this much food was not ordered in total. So that's probably why we'll never come here again.

Nice and helpful staff. Rooms were big and welcoming (and soundproofed, apparently), Good breakfast (and nice outside terrace). Undergroung parking. Open space nearby to walk your dog. Good for an overnight stay. For longer stays, I am not sure.

The surrroundings are not that well maintained (not the hotel fault, though). The hotel is surrounded by office buildings/warehouses and far from the city centre. The room setup is rather old (at least for the "upgraded" version) During breakfast guests are occasionally queuing for coffee, adding some coffee machines may help. There was a TV that was supposed to run ads in the elevator but the display was totally broken, like it took a direct hit. Not pleasant.

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our one night stay, Linz was the midway point of our longer journey where we decided to make a stop. There is a bus stop about 3 Min from the hotel which took us easily to the city center (ca. 15 Mins), the old town is very nice and has lots of cool restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and for us the location next to the highway was convenient. The staff was friendly and filled up our water bottles before we kept going the next day.

The room was too warm inside, so we slept with the window open. The air conditioner was very loud. Otherwise all fine.

The room was sparkling clean, very clean. The clean blanket made us comfy. Also, breakfast was sooooo good! Not so many choices, simple european breakfast but everything was so fresh. The cherry tomatoes made my day, so fresh and sweet. Having a fresh breakfast is a very good start of the day. Location is also good, right next to the highway. Its great to stop for few nights and continue your journey. People mentioned that parking for €16 is too expensive, it is actually but seems usual in the area. The receptionist even advised us that we can park for free on the side of the street not far from the hotel but we didn't want to risk. Hotel's parking is underground, private and safe and has lift goes directly to your floor.

I didn't like only the flat pillows. The bed was firm and that was good for back but the pillows were too soft and flat. Hurt my neck a bit..

Everything is really clean and tidy, personnel very nice and helpful, the food in restaurant excellent (that rib eye steak, wow 😋). Breakfast is more than plenty and everyone should find what they want. Parking in the garage is very functional.

This was my second stay here and I knew to upgrade to a room at the opposite side of the highway. The traffic at the highway starts after 4.30 in the morning and makes it impossible to keep the window open (my preference). What caught me by surprise were the costs of parking and a daily Kurtax normally associated with holiday resorts at the beach. This is ridiculous and a mere cashing for business travellers.

Very clean premises, easy movement between the garage and other areas of the hotel even with a large amount of luggage thanks to the self-opening doors and the location of the elevator. Care for cleanliness during breakfast in the common areas of the restaurant and also a large and varied selection of dishes. Functional air conditioning and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room - it will be very pleasing.

The simpler fitness equipment and some of the training machines didn't work properly - but maybe that's just my inexperience with this brand of fitness trainer :-)
