Location, price and character of the building are superb. I had a single room which was ok. Could find the switch to turn off the bathroom light . The room are entered by tapping in a code on the outside of the door- which in my case - room 202- was difficult as it was poorly lit.the small toilet flush wasn’t working. But the price and location were superb

I couldn’t turn down the heating, meaning I had to leave the window slightly open. There was a bar on the road opposite with people chatting to 2 in the morning. The flush of the toilet needs looking at and I couldn’t turn off the light in the bathroom

The location is great, in the old city, close to the main square and attraction, restaurants and cafes. Everything was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too soft. Good price to quality ratio.

The check-in process was awful, it is at a machine at the entrance that at first they did not find our reservation because we did not understand what booking number they were asking for, then the card generator did not work. After 20 minutes we called and they gave ud the codes to enter the hotel and the room. They should keep everything just at codes.

Our first experience of self check-in and we were a little nervous about it. However, everything worked according to information given (we installed the app) and we'd do it again. Room and beds comfortable and clean, shower/toilet facility very good. Location just right for trains and trams, and walking to many of the historical/cultural places of interest. (Breakfast not on offer, which was clear when booking)

Underfloor heating in bathroom too much for comfort sleeping, had to open windows before settling down. Others may have been more appreciative! No tea/coffee facilities in room, but coffee shops close by for breakfast, so no complaints.

Room was big, modern and clean. All doors were accessible by code so we didn't have to share the key. There was a shopping center nearby. There was also a place in the hall to store 3 bicycles.

There was an error during our check-in. I started the chceck-in on my mobile through the link I received the day before our arrival as it was recommended. I filled in the data, but when we arrived I used the big screen next to the door to finish it and there was an error which didn't let me fill in my ID number (it complained that it cannot be the same as the number of other travellers which I didn't even set). I had to change that number on purpose and set the false one to let us complete the check-in. A bit stressful only because of a stupid bug in the system.

Just in the centre of the centre. Everything was good, maybe breakfast could have been included, but no problem. The room itself very good, comfortable and with a bathroom. I can´t say anything about the personnel because I did not meet them, it is a self-check in accomodation so they are staying only some hours I guess. Instructions for a check-in are easy. Only thing I want to mention, and it is not a mistake of anybody, is the noise that you will probably experience when you arrive on a Friday night, perhaps also Saturday. There is a bar or something like that just under the windows and since the people of Linz as I came to know like to party a lot, you will just hear them. But if you close the window and are tired enough, you will still have a beautiful sleep.

It is in the center of the city, no need to use any public transportation during your visit. There is a tram stop nearby which we used to go directly to the train station. There are many street food options around, supermarkets, everything you need. There was a locker for your luggage, which I needed, because my train was late at night, so I was able to walk around the city without my suitcase. The place was clean and cleaned every day, so we had fresh towels every night.

Our room was looking at the backyard where the restaurant was, and it was noisy, not really easy to sleep.

We got the 'knight room' which made me very happy because I like castles and forts from the Middle Age. The hotel is in the old town of Linz, in Linzer Graben at a very good location. The hotel hasn't got a reception but the online check-in went smoothly. We didn't take the breakfast option so I cannot write anything about the breakfast but we liked the hotel very much.

Our rooms window looked at the street so it was a little bit noisy in the evening and during the night but that was bearable for one night.

The room had all the comforts and was very clean and close to the center, the online check in with Digital password is great so it avoids waiting times and phisical keys to bring around. I would go again!

The room has one window only and the curtain is pretty thick so, since the window faced the courtyard, we had to keep the curtain down also during the day and the room was a bit too dark for me. I'd rather have lighter curtains to let more sunlight in :)

It was very clean, the bathroom was comfortable and the beds were cozy. The location was excellent! All in all, it was really worth it considering the price.

It was a great one night stay but I wouldn't recommend it for longer. There was no air conditioner or fridge. The window was old and hard to open.
