The choice at buffet breakfast was varied and the lady working to prepare everything was very efficient. Also, the breakfast opened early : 6h30. I was very happy with this. It is situated in a street very close to the train station. I just had to cross the street. Also there is a lokomotive on top of the builing so it is easy to spot.

I like to protect the environment and I don't need my towels to be washed every day. I had to put the no disturb sign so the ladies would not change the towels. They propably don't know that there is a sign saying : if the towels are on the rack, it means that you don't want them to be changed.

Lovely, friendly, clean, quiet and amazing breakfast!!! Friendly and helpful team. Inexpensive evening food available, which was convenient with the children.

No air conditioning in the room, and the room was very hot. The room was also a bit small, especially since there were three of us in the room (one adult and two children). Where to put the suitcase to live out of? Otherwise, there was plenty of shelf space. Beautiful bathroom with a great shower and a big bath, also. Ah, just remembered, the LED light is very bright (not dimmable) and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly, but I forgot to report it. People are smoking in the covered outdoor seating area.

Good location a few minutes walk to/from main rail station. Easy access to town centre by tram from rail station. Good breakfast included in rate. A pleasant hotel which gives you the good stay you expected.

Hotel is not immediately visible from the station exit. Not a dislike problem but readers are advised to downloaded a map (as we did) or a suitable app. Once you know the way it is a easy short walk between station and hotel with traffic signals at the crossing of the main road.

I travel alone and by train so I need a hotel within a short walk from the train station. I saw the location on a map but the Large Locomotive on top of the hotel signaled its location. The room is very basic but clean. Why I selected this hotel was 1) Price (I am in Europe for a month) and 2) Free breakfast. The breakfast room had good food. There was a hot plate for scrambling your own eggs! Nice touch. The reception was very helpful in drawing a map to the main shopping area and Christmas Market. I love walking and exercise so it is a long walk to the Centrum. However, there are buses and trams nearby. Lots of people stay at this hotel so it is popular.

The bed was so hard that I had to fold the comforter to sleep on. But, some people love a hard mattress -- it hurts my back. There are stairs to climb to Floor 1. I had the luggage from hell but I managed.

Great little hotel, very clean and friendly. Close to the train station. We stayed in the quadruple room, it was very spacious and comfortable which is not the norm. Great selection for breakfast. Room had no air conditioning, just a fan, but it was ok to have the window open at night, outside quiet until about 6-7 am. Loved the bar downstairs visited by locals.

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was given its proximity to the train station. It is a family owned business and it is reflected in the cleanliness, the breakfast, the front desk staff and overall atmosphere. The room price was a value for the stay. It was in a safe area and I didn't feel threatened at all going back and forth to the hotel.

They were having problems with Wifi but that was out of their control.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast with many options and location is ideal very close from train station and centre as well.

Noisy if your room is close to the lift. Noises from some very loud alarm..when I check out the cleaning lady was with hands on her ears..like it's something happening from time to time. Very disturbing and also if you don't know looks like there is some kind of emergency.

Good location very close to the train station and just a couple minutes walk to the main street and center. Breakfast was good and even had some vegan options, which was a pleasant surprise. Our (triple) room was quite spacious and the bed very comfy. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

While the entrance and bar look modern, the rest of the hotel is rather dated. Our room was on the fifth floor and really hot. Besides that, it was the perfect accommodation for our stay.

A pleasant, clean, medium-sized hotel within a few minutes'walk of the main Linz railway station.The breakfast is included in the price and is really good. There is also a bar. Not sure if there is a restaurant.

Our room was quite compact with one or two issues. First, the room included a low sloping food ceiling over my husband's side of the bed. He's quite tall and banged his head a couple of times. Also, as others have noted, the frosted glass bathroom door does not offer complete privacy; and the bathroom light is very bright, especially when switched on for a night-time pee! Likely to disturb the sleeping partner. Finally - and this is a one-off, I'm sure - but we suffered a small invasion of wasps in our room in the early morning (late October)! We reported it

The window in my room on the ground floor opened onto the entry passage where cars enter the car park, which was also being renovated. I was woken both days at approx 6.45 by loud noise. As the room had no air con, only a fan, I had to have the window open and it was very noisy. Only briefly, but enough to wake me. Given that I had requested a quiet room, this did not meet my expectations.
