When I read all the bad reviews I was afraid to book but it was the only option available so I said to risk it and I don’t regret at all. The hotel is very clean and we had a good stay. I don’t understand the past reviews (maybe because of the industrial design style) or the hotel improved after them. The rooms are big, spacious. Bathroom is clean and has no smells! We had 2 family rooms and both were vera good. Plus you have free parking. Just pass the barrier take a ticket and after you check in you will get another ticket to get out which you don’t need to pay at all.

Car park, location, cleanliness, style, shower.

The rooms were not soundproofed. We could hear people in the corridor as they walked passed. When my husband used the wash basin it was so loud I thought he was using the shower. There was one duvet on the king size bed that only just covered the bed, meaning when we pulled it up to our shoulders our feet stuck out of the end. Usually in Austria you get 2 duvets on a king size bed. The shower was fitted a bit too close to the shower wall.

The hotel is situated near the centre and is easily accessible by tram. The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast very much, they have a great selection of breakfast meals. The pool was also nice, the water a bit cold, but refreshing in the heat.

The air conditioning is central, and we were a bit cold in the room. The bed had only one blanket for two persons but at the reception we could get a sesond one. Not everything is like in the pictures, the building could do with a bit of renovating here and there but nothing serious.

Really nice hotel in the middle of our route to Italy. Nice staff, helpfull in the middle of the night. Good price, free parking and really nice breakfast. Quite good exit road to motorway. Calm neighberhood.

During our stay it was under construction. So little incovinieces should be solved soon.

The location is great!, BILA mart is next to it n the tram station is just a walking distance.

There's no air con as we were told the technician only came after a few days! What we got was an apology not changing room.

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good.

Our room was a bit 'tired' especially in the bathroom but it was functional and was what we needed, ie a place to sleep near to the towns metro system. The hotel was mid-renovation and would guess that once completed it will be an even better property to stay at!

Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly stuff, all in all I recommend it and will use it again if needed

Nothing in particular, the pillow was not great, but again, this is not something that would stop us from choosing again the hotel

Breakfast was awesome, staff customer service as well. The staff very sociable and speaks English. Nice dinner as well. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Safe car park, plenty of space and free

It needs to be refurbished, the pool area, bathroom a bit run down, just the room aesthetic in general could be better. That’s the reason I gave them 9 out of 10

It is not more, not less that what you expect from an Ibis hotel. I always book Ibis because the sheets are clean, pets are allowed and the price is fair when traveling as a family. It was a good night sleep after a full day driving and I'll book Ibis again

It was cold in the room. The stuff told me that it's because the room is on the corner but actually the heating didn't work at all. We received two electric heaters which did the job but with these kind of heaters the air gets really dry.

A nice, affordable hotel situated in a good, quiet area of the city. If you arrive by car, you have free parking spots in front of the hotel. The hotel is at around 200 meters from the tram station, where you can take the tram to the city center, a 15 minutes ride.

Maybe a better cleaning of the room and common spaces and a fridge in the room.
