Location, close to food and main shopping area. Room is modern, clean, spacious and warm. Excellent noise insulation. Upper floors is accessible by lift. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own car park, the public basement car park has direct lift access to hotel.

No tea making facility in the room. Mattress is too soft, fortunately it didn’t affect my sleep. Able to see through the glass partition from the room directly into the shower cubicle. Toilet door is too large and cumbersome. Car parking fee is expensive, €19.50 for an overnight stay.

The view was amazing! The rooms were clean and the location was centrally next to the Dom. The restaurant was booked but the food looked delightful as we sat at the bar having a drink.

The pillows could be a bit firmer or a selection of different pillows would be great! Parking garage should be better explained with paying, entering/exiting during the stay. Would have helped quite a bit.

Location was wonderful. Went to Paul’s restaurant next door both nights as the food and staff were amazing.

No iron allowed in the room, but just got to our next hotel and it’s the same so maybe an Austrian thing. Also went to go to breakfast today and was told unless we prepaid in cash we couldn’t have it?? We offered to add to our room or pay by card and she said no, cash upfront only. We ended up eating elsewhere

The Air Conditioning is very good. The whole ceiling provides cooling air and is silent. The staff were very friendly and helpful in telling me where to catch trams. I had got a room which had an impressive room of the cathedral. The hotel bar was open after 12 though it was said it would shut at 12 so that was a nice bonus.

That the staff are only on to 10pm at night. They said after that you have to use your keycard to get in or go in via the bar. I had no need but it was just slightly worrying that if anything happened in the night you had no one to contact (But then again when I was in Graz something happened in the hotel room and the staff, though on duty, did nothing till later in the morning)

Well located. The concrete structure does not give the best impression but the internal decore and design, somewhat minimalistic, is really nice. We were upgraded to a cathedral view room. If all the rooms are the same they are spacious and pleasant. The staff were ver friendly.

There was a small installation problem with the showers which meant one had to hold the shower tube and head. The fancy light switch controls, while explained, were confusing and probably unnecessary.

Room with a view of the cathedral is 100% recommended and worth the price. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is nice. Definitely will come back when passing by through Linz again.

Excellent location for the train station and the city. Super view of the cathedral. Nicely furnished rooms, great decor. Big, comfy bed. Space to move around.

Breakfast at the hotel is relatively expensive. We opted to eat out and enjoyed our breakfasts without paying over the odds.

Breakfast and location were excellent.

No toiletries, no slippers and no facilities for tea or coffee in the rooms. You need to go to the reception for hot water each time. In my opinion they need to improve.

The room was spacious and comfortable. And the view over the cathedral was really mesmerising. The location of the hotel is great: a walking distance to major attractions. The staff at the property is friendly and helpful.

The electronic light switches were impossible to operate. Please just have normal light switches. Dombar owner was arrogant and rude But that was the only place for a quick drink
