The stuff members was extremely helpful, kind ! The apartment was very clean Organized, the beds are comfortable ,and for my family was the huge plus the hotel had inside kids playingroom with toys what i didn't saw in any other hotels! The location is perfect easy access to the highway ,walking distance to the Pleschinger lake ,close to the city Center!!! I recommend for everyone ,definitely when my family coming again we choose This excellent Harry's home hotel because you feel like you are home 🥰

The apartment was very nice , the personal from there really nice ( reception and clean lady ) and let’s not forget Milo, the sweet and beautiful dog 🐕 i love Milo 🥰🤍🥰 Is quiet there , Billa and Hoffer and Bipa is near hotel , the hotel is close to highway. If you have a dog, you have nice places for walking with them , our dog like it there. The hotel have free parking and for dog you must pay. Totally ,we enjoy the time there in this beautiful and nice hotel and we have a really nice holiday 😊

Rooms are spacious and cosy. Lightning well implemented. Bathroom clean and with everything one needs. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Management actually read mails when you have some suggestions and remarks. In the hotel vicinity a lot of grocery, cloth and cosmetic shops can be found as well as restaurants and fast food. Bus station is near by. There is a special small room for the children. Also wending machine with all necessary accessories (thread and needle, usb cable, etc.). Washing machine and dryer can also be found and used.

Scrambled eggs should be more fresh and better made. Lack of hot dogs and sausages.

the reception staff were very friendly and helped me with a local taxi number and finding appliances I'd forgotten to pack. Room cleaning was good. There was plenty of space for sleeping, working and relaxing, and a walking wardrobe with additional shelves. Transgender friendly!

there was a bus stop outside but this did not go to the university (which I was visiting for 2 days). As someone with limited mobility this made it hard to use public transport - there was a tram stop 15 minute walk away but that then was only 1 stop from the uni, so not worth it for disabled guests. I used taxis instead.

The beds and pillows were comfy, there were many plugs in the room, so no trouble charging devices. The rooms are sound insulated, so although there is a busy road in front of the hotel, the traffic didn't disturb my sleep. There is a kettle available in the room so you can make your tea/coffee. I also liked that there is enough room in the wardrobe.

The cleaner didn't restock coffee/tea so I bought my own in the supermarket right next to the hotel. What's much worse, though, once they left a window ajar in my room and I only found out when I came back late in the evening and the room was freezing. My room was on the first floor, so it was just pure luck that nobody stole anything.

The accomodation is good, better for short stays, as there is only kitchenette and not fully equiped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, you find everything you need. The locations is also good as it is close to the highway, so travelling around Linz is quite easy with a car.

Only the small kitchenete, but it is hotel/apartment, so its just a bigger hotel room basically.

Great shower, great bed, good breakfast. Clean and spacy room. Great locality if you need one night stop by higway to south.

Reception should be open until 5 p.m. We got even the phone call from the reception, where we confirmed our time of arrival before 5 p.m. But, by our arrival at 16:40, the hotel was closed. The phone call to the reception connected us with only German speaker in Munich, without help. After discovery of instructions by night lockers, another phone call to diferent phone number, we got PIN to open the locker with our card. There was another couple of elderly people waiting for help as well. Not welcome surprise.

Everything what we needed for overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. We also get two rooms with two double beds (one was little bit smaller), even we expect just two single beds and sofabed, which was plus! :). It is not in the city center, but easily reachable. Close to highway.

The breakfast is abudant and includes any kind of meal you get in the morning. Despite not being well located, there is a bug stop just in front (Bus 33) and with a 8-min walk you reach the tram stop to go the city center

Seemingly there was a mistake with the booking, and despite being communicated, there was a baby's crib in the room that was not removed for the whole stay. Aditionally, I do not remember the cleaning policy of the hotel but one day they forgot to pass by to cleanse the room.

The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The key was left at a special box with a private code . The sleeping things were all ready on the sofa. Those things were very comfortable because we checked-in late and we were with a child. The bath-room was clean with bio shampoo & gel. We liked the whole desing of using the space of the apartment. There were coffee & tea bags. We had extra pillows and enough space in the wardrobe. We adored the balcony. We woke up on a misty morning and it was our pleasure to go out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Oh, we even had a bottle of mineral water of good quality. So we had one night in Harry's home and apartment and now we recommand it for staying there.
