The waiters in the restaurant were very very nice !! The jacuzzi ,Gym ,pools all amazing!!
Our flight was late fly from Vienna so we wanted to leave at 12 and not 11 I came to ask the receptionist if maybe we can do late check out like 30 -60 minutes later She even didn’t gave me to finish the sentence and told me - NO We’re fully booked I really understand that it’s August, But after 6 days in hotel I think the answer no can be done differently 😊

The accommodation was pleasant, and the spa experience was wonderful one-of-a-kind. The breakfast was also delightful.
The behavior of the receptionist, Sarah, during check-out was quite disappointing. She issued a new invoice for a stay that had already been paid and requested additional payment. While mistakes can occur - after all, we are only human - what impacted my experience was her absolute lack of apology and just arrogant smirk on her face. I truly appreciate high quality service and all the people behind it; unfortunately, that was not the case here.

This hotel is amazing. It was our 3rd stay, and we already have the next reservation. Perfect location whether its summer time for hikes, or skiing in the winter. YOu can litterarly ski in to the hotel. Great food quality and variety, also perfect options for kids. We loved the suite we had, views to the Dachstein and also the deers on the hill side, you just dont want to leave from here. Great sauna options, and the kids loved the kids club. Nice evening music entertainment. And the wooden yoga house!!! I could live in there :). Amazing views around.

This hotel was wonderful, so close to the lifts (5 minute walk maybe) , beautiful facilities, friendly staff, breakfast was great
Nothing, just a tad pricey but you get what you pay for

Something fantastic, so vast, yet you experience so much privacy. Beautiful views from the pools to the mountains, fantastic saunas, great food and a bar where they mix fantastic drinks for you. It definitely won't be our last visit.
