Loved the location and this hotel had everything you could possibly want for a no hassle ski holiday. Very spacious room with sofa and walk in wardrobe. The food was consistently excellent. The pool and sauna were great and very clean. All the staff were excellent.

The room was very hot so needed to open windows and door to be able to sleep at night. Lacked sound proofing ... door banging and noise from neighbouring rooms. I was charged for tap water at dinner.

Very warm welcome from reception on arrival and all the staff we met were friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We had a large, comfortable and spacious room with wonderful views of the mountains. The pool and spa area were also a really welcome addition to our stay. This is a hotel where you feel that they really care about the guests, and want them to relax and enjoy themselves.

Brilliant placed for walking. Generally good food and excellent breakfast

Spar was good, however the steam room was non operational (Nov covid related). Reason was that not enough guests / out of season
