The location is super. Hotel has a very nice spa area. What I liked that it is separated for families and singles. So there is area where kids can be noisy and area where adults can have total quietness. Jacuzzi is outside and very warm. Probably that was a highlight. But hotel also cares about power usage. E.g. sauna is not switched on constantly whole day but is triggered by bottom press when person comes in. I like this solution of energy saving. Staff was very friendly. We booked Appartment room and it had all what you may need in the kitchen.

Some of the facilities are a bit old. But still very clean. Beds were too soft.

The breakfasts are very good, with varied and delicious meals. The location was excellent, right next to the ski lift. There were plenty of ski shops nearby, where we geared up from head to toe. The hotel parking was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Initially, we were assigned a room with a very narrow hallway and a rather cramped layout. After raising the issue at the reception, it was immediately replaced with a higher-standard apartment, which turned out to be wonderful. However, during our two-day stay, a few inconveniences occurred: there was no hot water in the bathroom for several hours, and the elevator broke down for half a day, forcing us to use the stairs to and from the third floor.

Everything was just perfect. A traditional Alpine style hotel with a modern and stylish interior perfectly located just next to the ski cable car. The spa and wellness area is one of the best we have been so far (suitable for adults and a separate area suitable for families). Spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Good breakfast with a plethora of options to choose and a possibility to have your own pancake or omelet made a la cart. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with traditional dishes made with a gourmet twist.

Only some minor details can be mentioned such as that, the menu at the restaurant could have more non-meat options and the temperature in the rooms could be a bit cooler (quite warm even with open windows).

Hotel's staff should inform every client in advance that dinner has to be booked in advance. It is already unpleasant that hotel client's have no priority at dinner against booked tables to other outside customers, at least it should be very clear from the start what has to be done to prevent this. We had almost no place to dinner during Christmas due to this fact.

Lovely small hotel. Really close to the slopes. The staff were really friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Pool and spa area were really modern and lovely and clean. Special mention to David behind the bar and restaurant who was fantastic.

Amazing location! The room had everything we needed including a fridge. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after the long flight from the States. The Pitztal Ticket was a great plus, allowing us to go up to the Riffle See, 20 min. away. A few steps from the hotel you take the cable car up to Hochzeiger for more amazing views. Fun activities for children. Can’t wait to share this with the grandchildren!

Our only regret was that we didn’t book for more than 2 days! Can’t wait to plan for a longer stay!

Great hotel: service, food, staff, room, everything in perfect condition and clean. We will definitelly come back again!

Beautiful location and absolutely stunning views of Hoch Zeiger mountains in Pitztal This property is boutique, classic, clean, very welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend this to everyone

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the large room with balcony and all amenities. Highlight was a beautiful walking tour with experienced guide Klaus in the mountains, which did not even cost us anything extra. Wellness area with swimming pool and jacuzzi was great for relaxing after the hikes. We will certainly come back here.

breakfast was very very good. staff was very flexible, you just need to tell them what you want and they try help as much as possible.
