It is a perfect place to relax. The room was large, beautiful scenery. Looking out your window you can see the mountain range. The area is surrounded by small apple orchards. Each morning, the breakfasts were served fresh. The food was optically pleasant to see. It was colorful and delicious. The owners made you feel like family. They were very professional, helpful, and courteous. A perfect vacation, thanks to them. A beautiful little beach is located within 300 meters, next to a river where you can enjoy floatation rides on the river. In the are beautiful waterfalls. You need to search for them. But it's a memory you will never forget.

The hotel is newly built and well-maintained, offering a modern and fresh atmosphere. The location is quite convenient, not far from AQUA DOME. The staff member who greeted us was very friendly, and the breakfast, though basic, was a nice start to the day. For a one-night stay, it can be a good option.

The bed where my child slept was quite uncomfortable, and the shower wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Additionally, we had to pay a €3 tourist tax per guest. While it's a decent choice for one night, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Easy check-in and check out. Amazing views from the room of the valley and surrounding mountains. Very clean, well-equipped facilities. Indoor storage for our bikes. Breakfast was also quite good, Overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

They only minor thing to be aware of is that there are not too many restaurant options in the area. There is a Pizzeria/Kebab place within walking distance and this was totally fine for the one evening we spent at Pension Alpina.

The location is ideal, at the end of the Otztal valley so can easily reach nearby areas/valleys, the room was nice and fresh, plenty of hot water. The host was very kind, making sure everything was ok. Decent range of food for breakfast, very quiet and very beautiful location - my room even had a nice balcony! I needed a place to stay for two nights and this was perfect, and had all the amenities I needed.

The place is wonderful. Clean and comfortable room, with all needs: hairdryer, towels, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, cooker, dishes, classes, king-size comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast and kind, friendly staff.

The only thing is that we arrived in the evening and there was a difficulty to check in, due to the absence of registration table. Booking service or the staff didn't send us the number of our room, and we were a bit of a loss. But luckily we called mentioned numbers and the staff answered. I'd offer to have a possibility to make calls.

We stayed there overnight and the hotel perfectly suits for each. quite a big room, a little cold in the beginning, but heating works fine. also no issues with shower. Beds quite comfortable, also sofa-bed for a child. the breakfast quite scant, but definitely enough for the price. enough parking space. beautiful nature around for a small walk outside. Personnel is very responsive, so maybe it's possible to get something extra, but for one night we didn't really require much.

Would be great to turn on heating in the room one hour before arriving time, if it was stated.

The apartment placed on the upper floor have the bathroom outside of the apartment. This is good to know when you book the apartment. More or less can be an uncomfortable issue , and I think it's better to know before arriving.

Immaculalate internals are beautifully built, clean, and warm in winter! Nice ensuite shower, bedroom and breakfast.

If I were them, I would give very clear route finding to get to the property. There are small signs, but small and unlit. In my travels, this was the hardest to find. Plus, make it clear, the front door is open, even if it looks deserted. But what is your room number??? Find that out before you get there and push the front door and ignore the doorbell, LIKE I DID'NT.

I received check in instructions as SMS from a random phone number, that was not listed on the booking page. After several hours the instructions arrived also via booking app message, so everything was fine.

We arrived late, but had no problem checking in, just had to call the number that was provided on our reservation. The rooms were spacious. Check in and out was quick. Breakfast was great, good variety of food, cereal, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, ... Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains.

The sofa bed was hard and pillows too small. We had to use our own travel pillows to sleep comfortable. The bathroom window did not close properly. It was cold overnight (13C), however we were not able to put on the heating.
