The reception was very friendly and helpful. She explained and pointed everything that was necessary. The hotel is newly renovated and very lovely. The room was the right size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was roomy, easy to use and had a rain function that was nice. The breakfast was good including fresh eggs cooked to your specifications, bacon, sausages, cheeses, breakfast meats, veggies, cereals, jogurts, tasty breads and rolls, jams, butter, honey - everything you could want. With good coffee and an array of teas. There are vending machines with a variety of drinks (including beer and wine) and snacks.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. Super clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a historical touch. The terrace could be very nice in the summer time. Lovely breakfast.

We missed at least some coffee-making in the room. Restaurant did not function, there was a self-service kitchen for these cases, but with smaller choice for vegetarians. Also we did not have hot water in the morning, but maybe that was temporary issue. We just stayed one night, so we did not make a deal out of it.

The room was perfect, spacious and sophisticated. The furniture was brand new. It is completely soundproofed (we didn't even hear the trains passing nearby). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, high-quality ingredients were used. One thing was interesting: you could see through the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom (it was glass), which can be interesting for non-couples.

The hotel looks old from the outside but has been extensively remodeled in a stylish fashion while retaining lots of charm. It was spotless and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. I had no problem with the contactless checkin when I arrived later in the evening on a Sunday…it was clearly explained.

Very nice facilities, clean and the executive room was wonderful! Spacious, a big bathtub and a shower. Closet lighting was a nic touch and the air conditioning was refreshing to have on a hot day inside while working.

Amazing staff. So helpful and kind and personal service. Breakfast and lunch was so delicious They did an amazing job remodeling this property and combining the old with the new. It was way more than I had expected!

Location for rail access is great. The staff are great, welcoming, helpful, competent and friendly.

i loved the room, the furniture was brand new, everything in the hotel is redecorated with great taste and staff was more than nice and very willing to help. food was delicious and very qualitive ingredients were used. i loved it overall and i would come to it every time i will be in Kapfenberg
